Functional apartment with an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with toilet. The living room has a sofa bed (140 cm).

A lovely terrace allows you to enjoy your meals outdoors, so you can fully enjoy the relaxing setting and views of the Cap Coudalère marina.

This apartment is located in the Palmyra residence and offers beautiful views of the port of the Coudalère peninsula, the nearby Pyrenees and the marine lake.

For parking, you will have a private space in the car park behind the residence.

As part of your rental, you will have access to:
- a water park with two pools and a water play area for children and adults.
The swimming pool is open from April to October and is free for all our guests upon presentation of a wristband that you will receive on arrival. Please note that swimming trunks are not permitted.
- Various sports facilities: multi-sports ground, basketball court, tennis courts, pétanque courts, etc.
- An outdoor fitness area for keeping fit or more strenuous exercise.

In just a few minutes on foot, you can reach Place de la Martinique. During the season, you will find a bakery/grocery store, a tobacconist/newsagent, a laundromat, restaurants, bars, ice cream parlours and a Carrefour Express supermarket.
Markets, concerts and shows also enliven the square during the season, to the delight of young and old alike.
Close to the marine lake beach and the swimming pool, the BUENA VISTA restaurant is open all year round. From the terrace, you can watch the windsurfers against the backdrop of the Pyrenees.

At La Coudalère, which is like a village, your children can play safely with their friends, as pedestrians reign supreme here and cars are confined to the outside.

In Coudalère, everything is designed for family holidays: your children will enjoy the two playgrounds: one on the Place de la Martinique for older children and one close to the swimming pool on the marine lake beach for younger children.

Two kilometres away, accessible via a tree-lined path, beautiful long beaches await you.

A cleaning deposit of €50 is required in addition to the main deposit.
