One-bedroom apartment located on Boulevard Palmyra on the 1st floor.

The apartment features a balcony overlooking the Cap Coudalère marina.

It includes a well-equipped kitchen opening onto the living/dining room, which also opens onto the balcony.

One bedroom and a bathroom with toilet complete the apartment.

In addition, you will have access to:

A water park with two pools: a 25-meter swimming pool and a 15-meter pool where you can practice aqua aerobics and aqua biking during the summer season, as well as a children's playground.

The swimming pool is open from April to October and is free for all our guests upon presentation of a wristband, which will be given to you upon arrival.

Various sports facilities: multi-sports court, basketball court, tennis courts, pétanque courts, and a half-size grass football pitch.
