Beautiful residence "Les Bastides du Cap 2", Coudalère district, 150 m from the saltwater lake. Shared facilities: swimming pool and children's pool (open seasonally from June 15th to September 15th), parking space. Close to Place Martinique: shops 150 m, restaurant 150 m, sandy beach 3 km.

Comfortable and pleasant 50 m² villa on 2 levels: Ground floor: Living room with dining area and open-plan kitchen (mini-oven, dishwasher, microwave, small refrigerator, cooktop, crockery/cookware and small appliances), lounge area with TV. All opening onto a south-facing terrace. Shower room with toilet.

Upstairs: Air-conditioned bedroom with 1 double bed (sleeps 2) and a second air-conditioned bedroom with 2 double bunk beds (sleeps 4) with a south-facing balcony. Bathroom (bathtub) with toilet.
