Descriptif de la location peu conforme à la réalité. Le bien a mal vieilli et manque de confort

Manque de propreté. Équipement disparate et mal entretenu. Douche rudimentaire sans même un mitigeur. Chambre du bas exiguë avec un lit en 120 et non 140 car il s’agit en fait d’un clic clac ouvert avec 2 matelas inconfortables. À l’étage pas de volet pour les ouvertures et donc réveil très matinal avec le jour qui rentre. Dehors pas de réelle séparation avec la maison voisine : proximité très gênante.
