Gorgeous home in Lazise VR

This beautiful detached house with pool is located 2 km from Lazise and only 200 m from the beaches of Lake Garda, accessible via a narrow private road. The house is distributed over two floors, nicely furnished and offers a large fenced garden. On the spacious terraces with direct access to the garden you can relax while enjoying a good wine or sunbathing on deck chairs. The village center can also be reached on foot via the beaches and at 3 km away await the amusement parks of Lake Garda, fun for young and old. The house is a good starting point to visit the art cities of Verona (25 km) with the beautiful Arena, where interesting cultural events take place (concerts of international artists, opera), and the famous balcony of Julia's house; Mantova (50 km) with the majestic Basilica di Sant 'Andrea, rich in frescoes, and the ancient church Rotonda di San Lorenzo; Vicenza (80 km) with the Palladian Basilica, Palazzo Chiericati (Unesco World Heritage Site) with its art gallery, and the Basilica of Monte Berico; The charming city of Venice (140 km) with its characteristic canals, the beautiful Piazza San Marco and the great palaces. Außen ui, innen pfui

Im großen und ganzen von außen eine sehr schöne Villa mit einigermaßen gepflegten Garten. Innen ist die Einrichtung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und weisst entsprechende Gebrauchsspuren und der Benutzung auf. Die Warmwasserregelung hat nur sporadisch funktioniert (ansonsten war das Wasser kochend heiss oder eiskalt). Zur Reinigung der "Villa" wurde ein Einmer und Besen zur Verfügung gestellt. Da bei einer ensprechenden Personenzahl auch viel Staub und Dreck zusammen kommt, wäre ein Staubsauger von Vorteil. Die Anfrage beim VErmieter ist aber negativ ausgefallen. Was auch sehr kompliziert ist, ist das Müllsystem. Des WEiteren kam der Vermieter des öftern auf das Grundstück um kleine Arbeiten zu verrichten, leider hat er dabei nicht gegrüßt und lief mehr oder wenig eher heimlich auf dem Grundstück rum. Bei der Abreise war der Vermieter schon mehr als eine Stunde vor dem vereinbarten Abreiszeitpunkt auf dem Grundstück um den nötigen Druck für die schnelle Abreise aufzubauen. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub, aber das Haus würden wir nicht nochmal mieten!
