The apartment is very spacious and furnished with quality furniture and with great care, combining the modern with the family's antique furniture and equipped with every comfort. Surrounded by greenery and quiet but very close to the lake, the Thermal Park and Gardaland. Common swimming pool of 14mt h 1.4 and small private garden in front and in the back, the patio equipped for dining. Double bedroom with orthopedic memory mattresses
of excellent quality made in Italy, bedroom with two single beds 80x200cm that can be joined together, the maxi sofa has a 160x200 bed with a very comfortable 20cm high mattress to guarantee excellent rest. The kitchen complete with induction hob, multifunction oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave. Available everything needed for cooking (oil, salt, spices) and all cleaning products. Iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner available in the cellar. Bathroom with walk-in shower and 4kg washing machine.
Available 2 deck chairs and 2 pool beds, umbrellas. Pure cotton sheets and towels included in the price once. 1 dog max 10kg allowed with extra price.. READ THE HOUSE RULES .
