Was not cleanNo washer and dryer as stated in listingAsked several times for hulu and wifi passwords and neither worked. Kitchen was not fully equipped and lacked basic convenience items. Oven had dried oven cleaner left inside. Outside property lacked basic maintenence, overflowing garbage and overgrown grass . '"Dorm"sized furniture was uncomfortable, some drawers would not open.Bathroom tub was chipped and stained. Dirty Toilet brush left out. No caps on rusted toilet bolts. Toilet would not flush unless you held lever down, dirty bath matKitchen table legs were loose and unstableKitchen floor was not clean as well as dirty windows and dead flies. Property manager said "no events" when i mentioned that i invited my son to visit for dinner. We ended up spending the rest of our stay in an airbnb twice as nice for less money. I would not recommend staying on this property. I messaged property manager several times and they did not reply.
