Bad experience. Would not recommend. Spend more money and get rest . I spent 3 hours dealing with issues with the office. Worst experience ever with a hotel. This is more of a extended stay hotel so don’t expect the office to be open when it’s supposed to be . Place gives red roof a bad name

I stayed with a friend who had a separate room. They were basic. Rooms were not fancy. Mine smelled okay, but his smelled of cigarette smoke. Rooms had tile floors that looked like wood. They looked nice but made the room echo, esp when the a/c and/or fridge turned on. Bed was comfy and clean. Except for towels, amenities were sparse. Two small soap bars, two rolls of TP, no shampoo. Room had a kitchenette but zero cooking pots or pans or utensils to use it (I presume you would go to the front desk for them, but I didn't inquire since I didn't stay long enough). Fridge was large though, more than enough for keeping leftovers cold. No coffee pot. No morning breakfast or anything, didn't expect it at a motel like this. Overall, it was decent and served its purpose. But nothing fancy.
I stayed in a kitchenette room. There were no utensils or cups or anything to cook with. No iron or ironing board. No ice bucket or plastic drinking cups. There was mold in the shower walls. Low water pressure in the shower. I also had to pay a $50 security deposit when I checked in. Never stay there again!
The room was rundown and had cockroaches. It had a urine smell to it.
The property was acceptable. The customer service was absolutely horrific. It took me 4 hours too long to leave and find a better place. 'Jerome' should not be at the front desk with such an impatient, rude, unprofessional, obnoxious attitude. There should be customer service training and front desk monitoring. The detailed list is too long. I witnessed 3 others having problems the same day. 2 of them checked out, the other just left. I was told he "didn't have to give me a room at all"! That's when I should've accepted the loss of funds -and left. Thank goodness i was able to find a close alternative. After 20 hotel reviews, this was my worst experience EVER!! Even at the lowest rate, I'd never go back. I recommend any hard working individual to find other accommodations.
Kitchenette was awesome. A peaceful environment. Poor house keeping job.
Staff helpful. Building dark and landscaping not maintenanced. Not safe.
Very poor room keeping my room was full of roaches. Lots of drug dealing. Fire alarm was covered with a towel signs of meth cooking in my room also dirty syringes I found in cabinets also I had to buy a blow up bed due to bedbugs in the bed at facility
It was a horrible stay. The room was roach infested. Wholes in the walls. Cookin burners dodnt work properly.
Dead roach in window sill. Very dingy “motel” vibes... nothing like I expected.
The beds were weird like they came from a fold out couch.
Do not stay at this hotel!! Roaches everywhere and when I asked for a refund because i was not gonna stay with roaches they guy acted like he wont surprised! Never have i seen something so nasty!!

My wife and children were never even able to check into the hotel. They had to sleep in a van in the parking lot. I'm currently fighting the hotel to get my money back. They are refusing to refund me
I was very disappointed in the staff. Not friendly at all and the lady that checked us in and checked us out really needs some customer service skills!!!! Will not stay there again!!!
