Welcome to our charming cosy studio of 24 m2 located on the 6th floor with lift in the Sumène residence in the heart of Le Lioran ski station.

This perfectly equipped accommodation is located at the foot of the slopes and in the heart of the ski station's shopping gallery.

You will find in the entrance a storage cupboard with vacuum cleaner and iron.

A bathroom with shower, toilet, hairdryer and washing machine will also be at your disposal.

To welcome you in a cosy spirit, you will find an elegant mountain corner with its 2 bunk beds of 80x190.

The lounge is open to the kitchenette and will offer you a view of the mountains of Bec de l'Aigle and Téton de Vénus (car park side). You will have at your disposal a convertible sofa bed type click-clack of 140x190.

The equipment is numerous and will allow you optimal comfort: fondue and raclette machine, hand blender, crockery, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, microwave oven, oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster....).

Baby cot included. No high chair.

Collective WiFi included.

Non-smoking accommodation.

Bed linen and towels not included but possibility to rent them via our agency at the price of 20 euros per person.

Pets not accepted.

Ski storage included with the rental.

45 euros in file fees are to be expected.
