This exceptional property has everything to please you! Located in the heart of the Lioran resort, with a capacity to accommodate 10 people thanks to its 100 m2 surface area, you can spend holidays with family or friends that you will remember for a long time.

Close to ski slopes and hiking trails, including the GR400, this triplex is ideal for spending a good time in a group. Featuring a large living room/open kitchen fully equipped (kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, raclette appliance, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave oven, immersion blender...) with an unobstructed view of the mountain, 4 bedrooms, 1 mountain corner, 2 spacious bathrooms with toilets, and a separate toilet at the entrance of the house.

You can also enjoy a beautiful south-facing terrace equipped with garden furniture. A washing machine is located in the basement.



The plus: once you have dropped off your car, you will no longer need it for the entire duration of your stay.



Towels, sheets and towels are not provided, we can rent them upon request. Possibility of bringing your personal linen depending on the bed sizes present in the accommodation, namely: 1 double bed in 160x200, other double beds in 140X190 and single beds in 90x190.

Non-smoking accommodation. No wifi in this accommodation. Animals are not accepted.
