Charming T5 type apartment in the Puy du Rocher residence. Ideal for a week in the mountains, summer or winter! It is located at the foot of the Rocher du cerf ski slope (blue run), allowing you to be 5 minutes walk from the resort centre, shops and restaurants. You will need to go down a few steps to reach this apartment. Decorated with a mountain spirit, a perfect apartment for enjoying good family holidays.

Consisting of two large bedrooms, each with a 160x200 bed, a mountain area with a bunk bed and an additional mattress bed (these small beds are 140x190), a bathroom with shower on each floor, one with a washing machine and tumble dryer and a toilet. A separate WC is located on the ground floor.

You will then find a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed in 140x190 and finally a terrace with a plancha to enjoy a splendid south-facing view. Animals are allowed with a supplement of 35 euros.

A filter coffee maker, a kettle, a raclette appliance, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer are available in this accommodation.

Bed linen and towels are not provided, possibility of renting on request.

IL PORTE BIEN SON NOM : COCOONING

L'accueil irréprochable. D'être rappelé la veille pour nous donner la possibilité de prendre possession du chalet avant l'heure initialement prévue. Un très bon sens de l'hospitalité : des produits du terroir et un gâteau fait maison nous ont été offerts en arrivant au chalet par la propriétaire. Très bien équipé, comme à la maison. Local à ski personnel équipé de chauffe botte de ski L'équipe qui s'est occupée de nous(Mr Perrier et Justine) sont très sympathiques et à l'écoute pour vous faire passer d'agréables vacances. Terrasse : le petit + Bonne literie. Lit bébé et son matelas. Chaise BB. Surface de l'appartement très appropriée. Bref TOP !! Conforme à la description ! Bonne continuation à toute l'équipe. Isoler par une cloison, selon les possibilités techniques, le coin nuit au 1er étage. Petit bémol, 1 seule place de parking dédiée à l'appartement pour 2 familles.

joli mais quelques points à voir

-emplacement : assez loin des commerces à pied par la route ; proche par la piste herbue, mais elle est assez difficilement praticable, surtout de nuit (trous, crevasses...) ; bref, il faut quand même la voiture pour les courses ou pour revenir du restaurant le soir... Par contre, une magnifique vue sur la verdure et la forêt, on se sent vraiment en vacances -jolie déco de l'appartement, chambres assez grandes et confortables mais manque d'aération à l'étage supérieur, une seule fenêtre peut s'ouvrir (le velux de la SDB est condamné), très insuffisant pour aérer lorsqu'il a fait 32° dans la journée plusieurs jours de suite. Cet appartement est pensé pour l'hiver, pas pour l'été !!! -attention, on vous demande d'apporter vos draps, mais les couettes (très "grosses" par ailleurs) font 260x240cm, ce qui n'est pas standard, mais pas signalé (NB lits de 1m60) -mobilier extérieur vétuste, rouillé et balcon petit -ménage à parfaire :poussière dans les placards, sur les tables de nuit, etc... mais sans gravité ; sanitaires très propres je précise ; certains équipements ne fonctionnent pas ou mal (machine à café, cocotte minute, assiettes ébréchées, table de repas à rénover, le vernis "colle", c'est désagréable, apporter une nappe, les toiles cirées présentes dans l'appartement ne sont pas nickel du tout ...) -je trouve cet appartement assez cher pour l'été, surtout si on n'est que 4 ......

Très bon séjour au calme

La vue sur les montages et plein sud (ensoleillement toute la journée) La configuration du logement (pour deux familles : 1 chambre / SDE au RDC , les deux autres chambres + SDE à l'étage) les équipements présents (luges, cafetière, aspirateurs, etc..) - L'accès au centre de la station à 5 min à pied via la piste de ski n'est pas adapté aux personnes non sportives (ex: retraités) - Accès WIFI dans le logement - La 3ème chambre est un coin montage = il n'y a pas de porte, c'est uniquement un rideau donc pas d'isolation phonique pour les siestes des enfants l'après-midi
