Comfortable villa in a quiet area, close to the village, shops and restaurants

L'Oulivastre will charm you with its quiet location in the countryside and close to shops and restaurants.
Everyone is amazed by the view of the countryside and the mountains of the Luberon and Sainte Vixtoire.

On an enclosed plot of 2500 m2, you will enter through an automatic gate and can park your car either in the outdoor courtyard or in a closed garage attached to the house.
In the garden, fruit trees and aromatic plants, a cozy pool area, shaded terraces or in the sun for lunch or dinner outside.

During the winter of 2018/2019, renovation works were carried out. We can now offer 3 large bedrooms that can accommodate 3 couples and better furnished exteriors.
The floors and paintings have been redone as well as the toilets.

During the winter 2019/2020 we renovate the veranda, the dining area, the swimming pool is its surroundings, it will be heated in spring and autumn.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace. Limited housekeeping is available.
