Beautiful outbuilding in villa with swimming pool as follows: the outbuilding consists of lounge-kitchen with double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and washing machine. All rooms are air conditioned. The annex also offers its guests an outdoor patio with garden furniture. The Villa Rosi residence is immersed in a luxuriant and well-kept garden and a splendid swimming pool - a lake with a beach effect with a waterfall. The whole structure is equipped with video surveillance. We are close to the sea, blue flags of the Gulf of Agropoli and also close to the famous excavations of Paestum, destination for many tourists.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Great holiday

Villa Rosi is a beautifully kept property with the most wonderful view looking down onto Agropoli and the Mediterranean. Gianfranco couldn’t be more helpful and is around almost all the time as he has a high-end carpentry business in the lower part of his house (take a look at his work). If you like good food Gianfranco will recommend some great restaurants within 30-40 minutes’ drive but be warned the roads are hard work to drive on and they make our roads in the UK look perfect by comparison! He gave us 5 recommendations and all were wonderful. The house was basic but very clean and functional. The swimming pool is beautiful with plenty of loungers.

A stunning view of Agropoli and the sea from this hilltop retreat. Beautiful swimming pool set in well kept gardens and a warm welcome from Gianfranco who communicates very well although we had little Italian and he little English. Car essential.

Super verblijf met ons gezin in een mooie regio

We hebben hier met twee tienerzonen voor 9 dagen gezeten. Prachtige accommodatie. Mooi zwembad, mooie tuin, geweldig uitzicht over het dal en in de verte zie je de zee. Alles was nieuw. We hadden zelfs een wasmachine in het huisje. Gastvrouw en -heer zijn erg vriendelijk. Spreken geen Engels, maar met handen en voeten kom je heel ver. Mooie omgeving, genoeg te doen en heerlijke strandjes op 20 tot 30 minuten rijden. Een aanrader.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Rosi dal 11 al 18 Agosto Consigliamo a tutti la bellezza di questa oasi incontaminata avvolta in un meraviglioso contesto, dal quale godere una vista meravigliosa sul mare di Agropoli. Un caloroso saluto a Gianfranco e Signora, per la gentilezza e la cordialità dimostrataci, garantendoci un meraviglioso ed accurato soggiorno con la massima riservatezza. Consigliatissimo!!!!

Dès l'arrivée nous avons été charmé par l’extérieur de la villa...Un parc magnifiquement paysagé entoure une piscine juste sublime.... le chant des cigales est le seul bruit qui retentit.... Gianfranco a été un hôte très avenant et attentif. merci à lui .

Villa Rosi is a very pleasant place to stay. We had a small Villa which was equipped ok and very clean. The Pool was much nicer than expected. The Host Gianfranco and his family are very freindly an helpful. The whole one of the nicest in that region situated in between olive trees. It takes about 15 minutes to get to Agropolis. The roads are better for small cars and after a first impression it is the easiest to get around by car.
