Outdoors you'll find children's play equipment, a bbq & entertaining area, which is the perfect space to relax & have your morning cuppa or end of day drink.
There is comfortable parking for two mid-size cars in the carport.
It is the perfect base to explore Launceston & surrounding areas. Being just short drives to historic villages such as Evandale, Longford & Westbury.
Along with being close to the Tamar Valley wine & distillery regions.
The CBD is approx. 1.4km away & the Launceston General Hospital being 1.8km away. Along with close proximity to private & public schools.

My family and I had a very lovely stay. The home was warm and comfortable and provided all of the facilities that we required. It is close to the CBD and a variety of attractions and activities. We would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this home to other families.

Large spacious house
Overall satisfactory with a nice little playground (from my nephew). Great kitchen comes with all the tools and utensil for us to spend our Christmas but having a dishwasher would be a bonus.
