The Very Trendy Black House

"The Black House" is super funky & located in a fantastic part of Launceston. Being just a couple ofstreets back from the renowned cafe strip of Charles Street, you are certainly spoilt for choice. The Launceston General Hospital is also a very short walk from the cottage.

The cottage itself has had a gorgeous renovation which features three comfortable bedrooms, master with king bed & spacious ensuite. Upstairs are the other two bedrooms, a study nook & bathroom with freestanding bath & walkin shower.

The open plan living, dining & kitchen is the central hub of the home, opening onto a private entertaining deck with outdoor gas fire pit. There's secure lock up parking in the garage for one car & off street parking behind the garage for a second vehicle.

We absolutely promise, you will not be disappointed or want to leave!
