Disappointing Stay at The Verge Hotel

My recent stay at The Verge Hotel was far from satisfactory. The staff was unhelpful and indifferent, parking was scarce, and someone attempted to open our door early in the morning, which was unsettling. Additionally, the incessant car alarms going off throughout the night disrupted our sleep. It also appeared that the staff had priority parking, exacerbating the issue. Room service was nonexistent, and the location wasn't convenient. Overall, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I have stayed at Hotel Verge twice now and have been happy both times. Check in and check out were excellent, I even got upgraded on my second trip which was lovely after just spending time on the Overland Track. Not a lot of parking on site but plenty parking next door in the public car park. Food at the restaurant is great. Can highly recommend this property.

We decided to go with this hotel because it is relatively new. The hotel itself is very industrial. The finishes and decor of the Verge has an industrial feel. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and assisted us with inquiries when needed. Room was a good size and had a comfortable bed. Breakfast was nice we got to pick off a menu. There is no buffet. There is ample parking which is free. Location is relatively good. A short walk to the botanical gardens and a short walk to the mall. We would stay here again.
