The first room I had the bed was broken and the other room had a musty sell.

The room was spacious and confortable bed ,but the pool was not ready, being renovated.

This hotel is so terrible if I could give it Negative stars I would. It shouldn't even be worthy of being listed on Orbitz its so bad. This place, while in a decent neighborhood, could be described as Ghetto and that's being kind. I felt unsafe leaving my car in the parking lot, especially after being asked to initial a consent form and warnings in 6 different places stating that the Hotel wasn't responsible for theft, vandalism or damage. They charge a $100 deposit that they hold for 3 days! They should give their victims/guests a $100 deposit and the hotel gets it back if you don't end up with cockroaches, bed bugs or a victim of a crime. There is not sundry supplies, just an old vending machine by the closed pool that is half stocked with melted junk food. There is a coffee machine in the lobby area that doesn't work. The lobby area is being painted, which is nice..however all the transient and temporary workers are living in the hotel and are very loud. The elevator floors are nothing short of disgusting and have various liquids and gum all over them, with dirt built up in the corners. Just try not to breath. The rooms are large and about 40 degrees with the 1950's AC unit cranked all the way up. It's either on Hi or Off and no temp control. The wall paper in the bathroom was patched with sheetrock filler. I really need a 1000 more characters to list everything. Spend an extra $20-30 and stay someplace else. ANYPLACE

A lot of lighting in the parking lot was out; Furniture was old. TV had poor picture quality. Price was okay for what else was available in the area.

Dirty, inside and out side of rooms.Insects in rooms. ORBITZ PLEASE DO NOT OFFER THIS HOTEL NEVER.. You have excelent hotels to offer so this one is the worst.

Sucks because I didn't happy about the service at all i buy my food I didn't find a fridge to put it

I was shocked when I arrived and went to the hotel lobby to check in and I was told that there was no room available for me. The only thing the hotel could do is refund the money I had paid. It was 11:30 pm, I am in a new city and I do not have a place to stay. And all the hotel could offer was to refund the money. Then Orbitz, the agency I used to reserve the hotel room took more than two hours to find me a place to stay. I WILL NEVER USE ORBITZ AGAIN. They did not care what I was going through because if they did they would have offered me something to try to make things right even though nothing could make things right. Horrible, horrible experience.

No AC in the whole hotel, checked in late first warning sign was a line of people asking for refunds, no AC in the entire hotel, was told they just added coolant to wait a while, came back after a while was offered a room so smelly I kept my hot room hoping it cooled. Staff says they'll see what they can do. Code word for wait til shift is over, no front desk or staff overnight to checkout. Barely slept with no sheets and the sliding door wide open woke up covered in sweat. Asked for manager in the morning wait til 1pm at 3pm when I call she's out til 6:30pm. Oh and the room is utterly disgusting but between the service and the heat who could even think about rust and mold. Can't get a refund without the manager and manager is never on duty. Asking orbitz for help but never get a call back when they promise, helpless. Same problems apparently for months, can't believe Orbitz still let people book this hellhole, came back from basic training I've had better days sleeping on cots in the desert than in that filth. Wish i could upload more pictures

Front desk on personal call during entire check in process. Bathroom was dirty and Missing tiles. Hallway had missing wallpaper. Elevator up and down buttons not illuminated. Elevators not working and when advised front desk they were less than interested. This is an 8 story hotel! At least I could walk down with just a backpack. Others with luggage didn’t have that choice from 7th fl. Don’t stay here!

The parking lot was filthy with debris. The front desk clerk issued 1 key do to insufficient supply. The room had no iron & ironing board. The patio door lock and the front hallway door did not lock. Engineering staff came and couldn't repair either one. He removed the lock plate to lock the hallway door. The floor was filthy, I mopped it with a towel with just water and the towel was black. One staff member was very defensive when I brought some of the issues to her attention and refused to give me the general manager's email address. I did call Orbitz and they allowed my to leave the facility early. Orbitz NEED TO remove this facility from their listing. I went there on account of their listing. This dump of a place is NOT A RESORT. FO NOT BOOK AN DO NOT, NOT, NOT stay here.

First, the reception was awful only a person doing the check in. The line was so long more than 25 min to check. Area around are beautiful, but the room was old fashion. The bathroom was so disgusting.

It was a good choice to weather Irma. Allowed pets and staff was very patient with noisy children.

Calling this place a resort is an absolute joke! Maybe 30 years and 30,000 cockroaches ago this place was ok. This is a DUMP! Stay away.

This was a horrible place to stay for my "vacation"! I reserved a king size bed with a pool view (paid a week early) got to my hotel room and it didn't have a pool view and it was a queen bed. They said "we don't have many rooms left" which they should of had my room since I paid for it. The floors were dirty and sticky. Took a shower and house keeping came and took my dirty towels and never replaced them. Try to call down to the desk to ask for more and the phone didn't even work. My whole floor smelt like weed my entire stay. We ended up checking out a day early and stayed somewhere else.

WHY DON'T THE PHONES WORK? I PERSONALLY ORDERED TO HAVE SOME CLOTHE HANGERS & NEVER GOT THEM. I ALSO ASKED FOR A WAKE UP KNOCK (SINCE I CAN'T GET A CALL WITHOUT A PHONE), & NEVER GOT THE WAKE UP KNOCK, BTW. NEVER AGAIN WILL BE PARTICIPATING AT THIS HOTEL.

The kitchenette did not have light and also we saw roaches in the sink. The beds did have covers, they changed the sheets only one time in the whole time we stayed. We never have towels, we keep asking for it. Two days before they brought towels and blankets for us. The hallways has bad smell.

This is not a resort, it's a hazard!!! It's smelly, dirty, mold on the walls, beds without sheets, TV did not work, AC unit did not even have a knob to adjust, not to mention it was disgusting, toilet was dirty and had urine in it, mattress should not even be allowed to sleep on... disgusting. I thought I was being punked... it looked like a crack house. Orbitz, you should be ashamed to list these people on your site. Health department, please shut them down.

Dirty rooms are in disrepair. The bathrooms, and especially the bathtubs, were dirty. The bathtubs need to be freshly caulked. The first room was stinking of cigarette smoke, so we requested another. The smell in the second room was more tolerable. We had only six hours to sleep and then to return to the airport, or we would have searched for another hotel.

Hotel smells moldy. Filthy room. No sheets or towels. Items broken. Floors, counters & entry full of food,l & dirty. Balcony door a fire hazard. Short on supplies - checked in at noon...Finally got towels on our 2nd day around 6pm.

The room had no bed sheets. I ask one of the employee and they didnt care. Everything was old. the bathroom and the pool has mold the city should close the hotel not a safe environment.
