Beautiful place and location, clean and well furnished house. Awesome garden, Great host, I will recommend it to everyone who wnats to spend some relaxing time in the beautiful tuscan countryside but still being close to Florence.

We had a fantastic time at the apartment. It’s very spacious and simply furnished with lovely period pieces. The pool is fantastic, very peaceful. It’s a nice 10 minute walk down to Lastra but a steep walk back. Train station is nearby but we found the tram from villa constanza to be a better option if a night out in Firenze is in your plans. We had a car but parking in any of the historic cities is a nightmare. Returning to the apartment after a day out was so relaxing and the views were great. With a bottle from Vini Bellini a short walk away. I also recommend vintage rent Firenze for a 60s fiat 500 that would happily deal with the hilly countryside. Francesco and Giovanni were very helpful and fantastic hosts. We plan on a further visit.

Beautiful apartment great location

Spent two wonderful weeks here. The apartment is just lovely. Large rooms airy and comfortable. Good size terrace with great views towards Florence. The city is 15 minutes away by train and the train is a 15 mins stroll from the Apartment. Giovanni and his wife were so kind and helpful during our stay. The pool is beautiful surrounded by olive trees. There is a small local shop at the top of the village and a huge coop about five minutes drive away. The village has good local shops but is not really on the tourist route a few small cafes and a great ice cream parlour. Signa has more restaurants and shops about quater of an hour away. And idea place to stay out of Florence but with easy and cheap access to the city. We hope to visit again soon.

Urlaub in der Toskana

Wunderschöne, saubere, großzügige Wohnung in einem Vorort von Florenz. Wohnung war geschmackvoll und mit allem, was man braucht eingerichtet. Fahrten nach Florenz mit ÖPNV komplikationslos möglich. Alle anderen sehenswürdigen Orte und sogar das Meer sind mit Auto in 1- 1,5 Stunden erreichbar. Toller Urlaub mit schönen Erinnerungen. Und sensationellem Tagesausklang auf der Terrasse mit Blick über Florenz.

Very relaxing stay

We had a very relaxing stay in this wonderful villa. It is close to Florence, but very quite and peaceful - especially the great view and the terrace make the difference. We also enjoyed the pool a lot, because it already started to get quite hot in Florence, although it was only begnning of June. The apartment is big and there is enough space for everyone. There are toilets in both bathrooms (in the description it seemed that there was only one), so even better! Giovanni was a very nice host - thank you!

Sehr freundliche Vermieter, große, saubere Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Gute Anbindung an den Bahnhof von Lastra a signa, von dort 2 Stationen bis Florenz SMN. Die Kommunikation mit Giovanni war beispielhaft. Wir können den Gastgeber sehr empfehlen.

Traumhafte Ferienwoche in toller Lage

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und doch zentral zu Florenz. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen Mega Ausblick über die Stadt, besonders am Abend mit den vielen Lichtern. Sehr schöner großer Pool mit genügend liegen im Liegebereich. Die Wohnung ist sehr ausreichend ausgestattet um sich zu gut selbst zu versorgen.einziges Manko: es fehlen Moskitonetze an den Fenstern, die Biester habe uns sehr zerstochen.

Große Ferienwohnung mit großartigem Ausblick, sehr gepflegte Anlage und Pool zur Alleinnutzung,alles Notwendige in und um das Haus vorhanden, idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, gerade nach Florenz ist es ein Katzensprung. Genauso wie erwartet

Der Urlaub ist leider vorbei, die schönen Erinnerungen sind noch da. Unsere Erwartungen haben sich erfüllt, wir würden wieder genauso buchen: Der Blick von der Terrasse auf‘s Arno-Tal ist wunderbar, der Pool für die Kinder genauso das Richtige, die Nachbarschaft sehr schön. Der Anflug des Flughafens Florenz ist in der Nähe. Das hat uns nicht gestört, weil die Flugzeuge im Anflug relativ ruhig sind und sich die Anzahl der Flugbewegungen im Rahmen hält. Wer aber partout keine Flugzeuge sehen mag, für den mag diese Information relevant sein. Für uns war das irrelevant. Auf Mückenabwehr sollte man sich einstellen. Aber das dürfte andernorts genauso so sein. Also, für uns war es genau die richtige Entscheidung.

Erholung pur

Ruhige Lage auf dem Hügel, dennoch unten im Ort alles vorhanden. Tolle Aussicht Richtung Florenz, großer gepflegter Pool mit vielen Olivenbäumen rundherum im Garten, die Schatten spenden. In der großen Wohnung alles vorhanden, außer Moskitonetze bzw. Schutz an den Fenstern vor den Mücken.

The flat was very nice, and the beds were good But there is no aircondition which was a Big problem in the midst of a heatwawe,. Tolle Villa mit traumhaftem Pool und atemberaubender Aussicht.

Wir hatten das Vergnügen mit unseren zwei Kindern in dieser wunderschönen Villa zu verbringen Die Villa war stilvoll eingerichtet und strahlte eine gemütliche Atmosphäre aus. Ein absolutes Highlight war der Pool. Er war in einem einwandfreien Zustand, gut gepflegt und lud zum Erfrischen und Entspannen ein. Besonders beeindruckend war die grandiose Aussicht, die wir von dem Balkon aus genießen konnten. Jeden Morgen konnte man den Tag mit einem fantastischen Ausblick beginnen, und abends bot sich die Möglichkeit, den Sonnenuntergang zu erleben. Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa war insgesamt ein Traum. Wir haben die Zeit dort wirklich genossen und konnten uns bestens entspannen.

Perfekt für Familienurlaub mit Oma und Opa

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kleinkindern (0&3), sowie Oma und Opa 10 Tage in dieser wundervollen Wohnung. Sehr geräumig, sauber, toller Ausblick und fantastischer Pool. Giovanni war super hilfsbereit. Wir haben tolle Ausflüge gemacht nach Florenz, Pisa, San Gimignano, Siena etc. Super zentral gelegen und großer Coop und sehr günstige Tankstelle in der Nähe.

Une superbe semaine dans un endroit d'exception

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. La maison familiale est superbe, grande, bien équipée et le tout dans un cadre enchanteur. La piscine est également un atout majeur de cet location. La maison est idéalement situé à moins de 10 km du tramway qui nous emmène directement en centre ville de Florence. Enfin et surtout les hôtes ont été adorables et très disponibles tout au long de la semaine.

relax in a lovely flat

After spending two weeks in a house in the middle of a forest with no view, we arrived in this gem. Despite the high temperatures, we really enjoyed our stay here. This flat has a (real) sitting room, where you can retreat when it is just too hot to sit outside in the afternoon (around 39 degrees for weeks). The view from the terrace is a dream, the pool really great and a large supermarket a few minutes by car. Florence is also very easy and quick to reach both by train and by car (no parking problems either). Only the driving in and out of the path/entrance is a bit of a precision job, if you don't have a small car. Very nice owners, who in our opinion value quality in all aspects (super clean and cosy house, swimming pool etc.).

Toller Aufenthalt in der Villa Anna

Wir hatten eine gute, erholsame Zeit in dieser tollen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Der sehr schöne und gepflegte Pool und die Terrasse mit sensationellem Ausblick sind das Highlight und man kann dort nach einem Stadtbesuch toll entspannen.
