Your purchase will entitle you, the buyer, to rent from me one single time, the property described for the dates and times stated. I verify that I currently have stated accommodations at this location for the dates stated and is currently in my name. I will have Wyndham issue a Guest Confirmation in your name, after your payment and after you also provide to me your name, your address, your phone number, and your email address. I will send the Guest Confirmation to your provided email address. YOU MUST TAKE THE GUEST CONFIRMATION WITH YOU TO PRESENT TO THE FRONT DESK. WITHOUT IT, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHECK IN. The guest named on Wyndham Guest Confirmation must be at least 21 years of age to check in. Photo identification is required at check in along with major credit card. A refundable security deposit will be required at check in. Traveler named on the Guest Confirmation must be present at the time of check in. The initial Wyndham Guest Confirmation is included at no extra charge. However, any name and/or address change initiated by the buyer after the initial guest Wyndham reservation system by the seller, will incur a $129.00 change fee (charged by Wyndham) - no exceptions. The seller is not responsible for fees charged by the resort for amenities and/or incidentals such as - long distance phone charges, rollaway, meals, etc. and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Daily housekeeping cleaning of the unit is not included.
