Wonderful Green Valley Henderson Home

This lovely 1800 square foot single story home has an open floor plan and is in a very quiet gated community. 2 bedrooms both have king beds and the 3rd non-conforming bedroom has a desk and chair for workspace. with hard floors throughout, and modern contemporary leather furniture, it has a clean yet comfortable feel. The backyard is completely enclosed with artificial turf for low maintenance, really a great place to enjoy morning coffee. The open kitchen has your basic needs for an enjoyable carefree stay (spices, dishes, glassware, cookware, utensils, coffee maker, toaster). Washer & Dryer in laundry room indoors, towels and sheets provided. 2 car garage with remote. Amazing community pool and Jacuzzi area, with awesome island BBQ space, outdoors showers & restrooms, a short walk from the home (7 houses away). Parks with tennis courts nearby, great restaurants and dining within walking distance. Many shops and new DOLLAR LOAN CENTER ARENA less than 2 miles away.

Excellent floor plan, cleanliness, location to stores, and parks. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and a very quiet neighborhood.
