I really liked the room, but the mirror is a see through mirror to the shower. Little embarrassing when my friend said she could see me naked. And it seemed that after I checked in, the cleaning staff came in and cleaned it. I didn't understand why it would need to be cleaned if it was ready for check in. But besides these two things the room was amazing, staff was friendly, and Drai's was crazy good.

First of all we loved the location so close to everything we wanted to do. People were so nice there plus the hotel is smaller not as hectic as others but still very high class.the only thing we didn’t care for was high parking fees and resort fees but parking fees were waved when we got higher players card and being a vet it’s just Vegas today great time love to go back

Location is excellent, close to everything we wanted to do. The smaller casino is nice, easy to get around and meet friends.

I stayed at Cromwell 4 nights and they failed in everything possible. @ first my room was really damp and loud music till 4 AM so I could not sleep. I had to move to another room which was better but still lots of noise early morning and late afternoon ( times U normally rest in Vegas). At checkout , they charged more more than I spent and asked for receipts !!! I never had this problem so I don’t keep receipts but I highly recommend everyone staying there to be careful as you need keep proof for everything. Their customer service is really bad. There is no resort but they still charge a resort fee. They also charged for parking although I was told by front desk it was included. YOU REALLY NEED TO KEEP PROOF FOR EVERYTHING as they are not RELIABLE. I would recommend not to stay at this hotel ...

Rooms were unique but comfortable and spacious. Check in and check out were easy and quick. The casino was slightly smokey, but overall not awful to walk through

Great room. Easy entry/exit. Staff good. No room service was a big problem.

Very friendly, helpful, and accommodating staff. The service was great from the time I checked-in until I checked out.

The price and we loved the casino. However the rooms were dusty and the room service was no good

Really nice overall we loved our stay , can't wait to go back hopefully we can get a chance or a couple more nights free stay 🙏🙏😍😍

modern interior with hardwood floor, spacious rooms too

We love the Cromwell and stay there every time we visit Vegas.

Very nice hotel and we loved the pool party. It was located in the center of the strip.

Super nice hotel, Clean rooms, great stuff, Awesome pool beach club on the roof.

Well appointed and modern rooms. Not the quietest as you can tell the old doors were used and don't insulate the sound from the halls well. I would have given it higher marks, but there is no sit down breakfast during week and no made to order room service. When I travel for business that is a deal killer. Also, I booked a king room but received a two doubles ADA compliant room that was kind of "blah" compared to my friends' rooms.
