Great experience looking forward to another visit

This was a top notch experience from the moment I pulled into the parking structure as I was in a work truck not appropriate for valet service. I was not in Las Vegas for pleasure but decided to stay an extra night to rest after a couple days of business in the metro Las Vegas area. The hotel is small and very elegant. If you recall this was Bill's Gambling saloon a few years back. The front desk was professional, accommodating , cool, and extremely polished. The casino was "hip" with wonderful modern styling that rivals any of the massive high end casinos. The suite that I was very graciously upgraded to was nothing short of spectacular. The steam bath, the soaking tub, and over 700 sq ft of elegance. I will no doubt be staying at The Cromwell again. *The only complaint I have a trivial but its kind of ridiculous. They charge for the TV service music channel! Its advertised as "24 hours of rock out to your favorite music". With the free WiFi its not really a problem but I silly inconvenience.

Convenient location. Walkable distance to The Linq, monorail station and other major hotels and casinos. Safe and clean room with comfy bed and decent shower facilities and amenities. Friendly staff (reception, security, housekeeping, bell). Good coffee available for free.

This hotel was very nice to stay at period I can't even begin to say how awesome the staff is. They are amazing. The decor of the hotel really isn't for me but that's actually being a little picky. The hotel was very clean. The hotel is laid out nicely and very easy to navigate. Small thing that I liked was that if you needed ice they would actually deliver it to your room. All and all nice clean hotel with great staff.

Great boutique hotel on the strip. Across from Bellagio... half the price!

Used a credit card to check in that I had not used in several months. The very next day I got a Fraud Alert from my bank that $12,000 worth of charges has maxed out the card! (Not direct charges from the Cromwell). While my bank and I cancelled the card, and they will investigate the fraudulent charges and I'm pretty confident that I won't be responsible for them......that's not the pint here. After getting of the line with the bank, I called Cromwell management to inform them of what I explained above. The manager's response was more than underwhelming......it was discourteous and condescending. You would have thought I asked him to send up a concierge with $12,000 cash!! I thought I was providing the Cromwell with important info....that a guest's credit card had obviously been hacked as a direct result of offering it for payment at their front desk. What I has told....three times......by this unprofessional manager was and I quote " Las Vegas is the fraud capital of the world", unquote..... and "you know people have RFID readers and can scan your card right through your wallet" (I have RFID shields on all my cards, and there were several cards in my wallet...yet only the one I presented at the Cromwell has hacked). He reluctantly sent security up to take a statement " we can do it later"....no, I said, we will do it right now. Security personnel was professional, took the statement and at least feigned concern.

Clean room with amazing decorative flair. Hotel staff was extremely nice. This place is super classy!

excellent service from hotel staff to the room attendant to the Roulette dealer. Great hotel. Clean and safe.

Efficient check-in, a big plus over the big hotels where the check-in process can be painful with a long wait given the masses of people. That being said, i did have to wait a little until the room was ready as I arrived at around 12:30, and check-in is at 4. However, the staff was courteous and was able to get a room available for me in about 35 minutes. The decor and furnishings are attractive both in the room as well as in the lobby. The complimentary breakfast for Total Rewards customers was greatly appreciative, and the food was tasty. The pastry basket was yummy, although after two days, the rich chocolate on the banana muffin was too much. There is gaming at the hotel, but the smaller size makes it feel more cozy, and which was welcomed as i was there on business, and needed a little more quite. The one bad side was that I was on the 8th floor (top floor), and at night with the Drai's Nightclub, my room was shaking. If you have a hard time sleeping, this could be a big problem.

Our room was extremely dark and depressing! Light bulbs were so dim and weak , you could not even read in the two light fixtures next to beds and chair.Very dismal and depressing. Hotel is extremely small with no lobby or small cafe etc.. Loved your free coffee though. I would not rebook another stay at TheCromwell.

Pleasantly surprised with the decor in the room and the restroom ie. it had a real shower and not just a tub with a shower curtain. Maid service was always prompt and never had to ask for fresh towels.

Great place to stay right on the Strip. Hard to find a place like this when all the others are so big.

The manager and staff were very professional and kind to us. Great location. Gilda's was a fine dining experience. The casino is smoky, as all are. No affect in the room from the smoke. Would stay again.

While the room was great, we upgraded for a strip view. Albeit, the flamingo is on the strip, the back alley between the Cromwell and Flamingo overlooking the alley where the linens are kept wasn't the view we were looking for.

I'll try keep it short and simple, although difficult. Been to Vegas many, many times various hotels from Orleans to Palazzo and all in between. For a quiet, over the top customer service, amazing restaurant and super fun pool? Stay here! Rooms are smaller then some others but the details here are a stand alone. If you "turn up" stay where they put you.. if you "turn down" like some of us 40+ MAKE sure you stay opposite end of Drai's. We stayed in 506, the nights were quiet as a mouse. Giada's makes you have a loss for words, A MUST TRY! Super close to everything you would need in hotels, really good coffee on 5th floor, shopping, hotel hopping, food and pools {Ceasers and Rio} if you don't want the hip hop scene at Drais, which is free if you stay here. Drais was fun if you get there early. The people watching does not get better. Customer service is at an all time high here. I usually go to different hotels every year to Vegas just for the comparison but will definitely stay here again and again. The best part of my trip was Lacy (front desk), Hector (bellhop) Giorgio (hotel driver) and a cutie pie who works at Drais whose name escapes me.

Had a good time. My girlfriend loved it. Great hospitality, service, great casino. Loved club drais

The lighting in the rooms was dim, the only pool is Drais Beach Club which has no seating, a small pool, and over priced daybeds.

Our room was stunning in the inside. I loved the décor. The beds were comfortable and the shower was amazing. The only down side is we could hear everything that happened in the halls. From housekeeping to loud partiers. Also, above us-from the ceiling it sounded like a rolling cart was going back and forth all night. The staff at Cromwell was amazing. We also loved Drais! Thank You for your great customer experience.

Staff was wonderful. Answered all questions and helped us plan our excursions. Room was nice.

We stayed at the Cromwell for a Sunday and Monday night in May 2016. We loved being right on the strip! We loved Jaleo for dinner and the Zumanity for an evening show.
