modern interior with hardwood floor, spacious rooms too

We love the Cromwell and stay there every time we visit Vegas.

Very nice hotel and we loved the pool party. It was located in the center of the strip.

Super nice hotel, Clean rooms, great stuff, Awesome pool beach club on the roof.

Well appointed and modern rooms. Not the quietest as you can tell the old doors were used and don't insulate the sound from the halls well. I would have given it higher marks, but there is no sit down breakfast during week and no made to order room service. When I travel for business that is a deal killer. Also, I booked a king room but received a two doubles ADA compliant room that was kind of "blah" compared to my friends' rooms.

Nice staff, decent casino, limited food options, room was missing a couple of things. Overall, if you like to stay at a cheap four star hotel, you would like it.

Nice boutique hotel at a good location with friendly staff. Each night there were people yelling and talking loud in the hallways (which comes with Vegas). One night we had someone knock and run in the middle of the night. I was disturbed one more morning when security came knocking because they were required to do a "security check" for rooms that hadn't been made up in the last day (related to the recent Vegas shooting). They had to come into the room and enter a security code in the phone. I didn't like being woken up after a long night and this only creates new issues where females, for example, might get used to opening the door for anyone that says or looks like security. I think it was for show and/or for insurance purposes (CYA). I'm not a fan of that process. The atmosphere felt like it centered on Drai's day/night beach club. In other words, it was a younger crowd that didn't appear to be able to afford a high end hotel.

It was fantastic. Love the location, the staff and the smaller size of the entire hotel/casino.

Decided to try the Cromwell after staying at the Cosmopolitan, SLS, and Palazzo on my last few trips to Vegas, as one of my friends (who was also on the trip) recommended to try it. Despite the fact that I really wanted to like it, I ended up being quite disappointed by the end of my stay. Some specific comments: (-) Small rooms --- tiny-feeling compared to standard rooms at Cosmo, SLS, or Palazzo. More typical of what you'd find in NY than Vegas. I was actually shocked that they can get away with charging $250/night. (-) Very, very dark in the rooms. As in, not enough light to read a piece of paper. I know they're going for a certain look, but add some more light! (-) Room finishes seemed cheap and a bit off. Felt like they had taken a 1970s motel and tried to redo it to be like a cooler SLS, but failed. The decor all seemed a bit off and didn't feel high end. Much prefer Cosmo or SLS. (-) Drai's Beach Club music was pretty bad. Obviously this is artist dependent, but having been to Marquee and Wet Republic relatively recently, this felt like a second-tier space. (--) Mattress was extremely uncomfortable and we had trouble sleeping and achy backs the next morning both nights.

We decided to think outside the box and stayed at The Cromwell. When you first arrive you notice the hotel/casino isnโ€™t as large as the other hotels. We booked a basic room and when we got there they upgraded us to a complementary suite. Our suite was really nice with decent living room but the main attraction was the bedroom and bathroom. When you walk in the bedroom you first notice the full soaking tub and in the bathroom was a full standing shower. The bathroom also had a those smart toilets you only see at high end hotels. What also was nice is on the 5th and 7th floors they had high end coffee makers with roasted beans. You can choose your favorite coffees and hot chocolate. The hotel is located across the street from Caesars Palace so it made it easy to walk the Vegas strip. Overall it was a nice hotel and the staff made us feel welcomed.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable. It is centrally located on strip which puts you close to most attractions

Great location and large clean room. Good live music and friendly staff.
