I had a phenomenal experience at the Cromwell in September 2024, which led me to choose it again. Regrettably, my recent stay for my brother's 40th birthday and New Year's celebration was a nightmare , a 360-degree decline. Upon arrival, the check-in staff were unfriendly and uninformed, and I incurred additional fees without prior notification, significantly which caused me to have little to none spending money . Additionally, my friend encountered issues with the bathroom door which resulted to the door failing on her, housekeeping reused the same bed linen, the shower drain was clogged, and I discovered a suspicious white powdery substance(drugs) while searching for the TV remote. The Cromwell has deteriorated substantially, and I would not recommend it, rating it 0/10.

The rooms are nice. You can tell it’s an old casino that was remodeled. The walking area from the parking garage to the casino is gross. We did have some paint chipping in the bathroom in our room. We did like the hard floors which felt very clean as opposed to carpet. The room itself was very clean and so was the hotel.

Every single staff member was exceptionally nice. Everyone was very accommodating because we had to extend our stay. Would definitely recommend to others. Only drawback was the housekeeping crew needs to wash the walls in the shower better.

The Cromwell is one of my favorite places to stay in Vegas. The casino and hotel are small and accessible, compared to the other mega-casinos on the strip. The location is great, staff is wonderful, and overall vibes spot on.

Staff was excellent. Since it's a small hotel/casino, it was easy to park and get to room and dining. Unfortunately, I was not a fan of the decor. Although not my taste, the room was a good size. The room and elevators look dated an in need of some TLC.

We stayed 4 nights at the property. Housekeeping did not clean our room nor refresh our towels nor toiletries nor empty our trash for 3 days in a row. When I finally complained to the housekeeping manager, I was told they were extremely busy and short staffed however I was ultimately given a food/beverage credit. Speaking of food, my meal from the only restaurant on the property was ultimately comped because I had been served under cooked chicken that was still pink and fleshy. The property is convenient but they'll need to do much better on service for the price.

pool not available Monday or Tuesday. had to ask 2 out of 3 days for shampoo and conditioner as the maids failed to look at the containers in the shower. last night asked for shampoo and a staff member showed up with a jug to fill it up. left $20 for the service yesterday that seemed to be lacking. Glad to have checked out today after 3 nights.

Great location and although it doesn’t boast a large gambling area, it’s a much needed rest from the hustle and bustle of the big properties. It’s nice to go in and relax and the staff is excellent. The rooms were phenomenal, what a beautiful hotel , one of a kind.

I enjoyed staying at the cromwell in a big cuty known for the hustle and bustle it was nice to have a smaller hotel and casino without a ton of trafffic but conveniently located on the strip.
