* Grandview at Las Vegas is a timeshare resort located at the quiet end of Las Vegas Blvd but right beside the South Point Hotel, Casino and Spa - a "full service" Las Vegas Casino. On check in guests will pay a non refundable $50 resorts fee and a refundable $150 damage/cleaning deposit. Large fully equipped one bedroom units will sleep four guests. Bedroom includes a king size bed with a private jetted soaker tub. Self cater in the fully equipped kitchen or enjoy the many close by restaurants. Laundry facilities available in every unit. No daily housekeeping but supplies are plentiful and replenished on request The resort operates a shuttle to a local Walmart. Five heated swimming pools and five hot tubs. BBQ Grills and tools available. Ample free parking. EV chargers available.
