The host, used my email address as my name on the booking after I went through the VRBO form and made sure that my name was represented as the person booking the room and not the name that I use on the email address. Because of this over Side, the check-in process was quite cumbersome and took about 40 minutes. Also, after all the issues with my name and them not being able to find our reservation because the host did not submit my correct name. We asked to check in 50 minutes early and the host charged us 75. This is some of the worst customer service and customer relations I’ve ever experienced after they made a mistake and caused a very difficult check-in process. They still decided we’re gonna stick you with 75 bucks for 50 extra minutes in the room. A company that has superior customer service would’ve waived that fee in a heartbeat for the error that they had in transferring the information from them to MGM.
