A solid 3 star choice. Clean, comfortable and reasonable

Decent price. Plumbing needs work. Shower was extremly loud and had a screaming sound. Couldn't shower while anyone was asleep. The toilet had a constant water filing which as a light sleeper kept me up all night. They only gave a one coffee and everytime I went to get coffee(during the specified time of service) in the lobby, it was out so I had to wait until we got to the strip. The pool was nice and never packed. Parking was simple and close to the entrance.

The price isn't outradious like the other hotels and the location is convenient, only a 3 min walk to the strip. I recommend this place to everyone.

I would like to acknowledge the staff of this hotel. I left behind some belongings and the hotel staff found my items and deposit them to the security desk. Tyrus was very nice and made the extra length to send back my belongings when the UPS didn't pick up the package. Thank you everyone!

I checked in early am about 1215 hrs, on 5/22/2017 due to an unexpected delay with the airline I booked through Orbitz, (Spirit) never to fly again either. About 0830 AM a different associate of the hotel knocks on the door and verifies my name and informs me that I will be checking out 5/22/2017. Mind you, the associate that checked me earlier that morning gave me a receipt for my reserved stay 5/17-5/22, 2017. This upset me. They cancelled my reservation immediately after I checked in. There is no WiFi, no complimentary services of any kind, Breakfast to be exact. Room: my room leaked from the A/C unit for three days even after I complained to the front desk. We weren't offered any other accommodations until I complained again on 5/21/2017 about the room smelling like mold.Needless to say for my first Las Vegas visit, my room was a total bust.

Convenient location, easy in and out. Room carpet is kind of slippery though, decor outdated. Price is great though so I don't have much to complain.

Got RR at a good price for an expensive fight weekend. Northern Strip across from a Ross/Walgreen's and next to a shopping center less than a block off LV Blvd. Room was clean but dated. Had a mini fridge which came in handy. Room had a Balcony in which I asked to face North with a view of Circus Circus/Stratosphere..Southernview would have faced the back of Encore Casino and a parking lot. If the price is right I'll def stay again.

It's not too much and not too little. Good option for someone who doesn't have a huge wallet. Nice pool area. Dennys next door. 20 % off with room key.

This hotel charges a resort fee, but nothing provided including Internet connection which customer must pay $9.95 each day. Most coffee shops and retailers now provide free Internet, so why not hotels?. No courtesy shuttle, no free breakfast, free coffee only provided from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM. Many two to three star hotels such as Hampton, Days Inn, do not charge resort fee but they provide courtesy shuttle, free Internet, and even free breakfast. There is no Business Center for customers to check in and print boarding passes before trip. Fortunately, you can borrow an Ipad from the hotel lobby to check in and print boarding pass.

Nice place if you want to be close to the convention center. Easy check-in, check-out as the hotel is not a behemoth casino. Quiet and clean, it was just what I wanted.

Love going to The Royal year after year, can't beat the value you get for the price. I do think it's time they change the carpet in the rooms it's pretty worn out

Pros - Cost. The rates were good when prices were very high elsewhere. Clean room with the basics. Location was very good for the convention center and still close to the strip. Staff was helpful and professional. Con - No shuttle and very few taxis here which isn't horrible, but just an inconvenience at times. The biggest issue I had seeing that I had a child with me for this trip was that the doors between adjoining rooms is paper thin. When people in the room next to us were talking it sounded like they were in our room with us. I had take my child to a friends hotel so she could go to sleep and then bring her back once she was asleep. Overall I think it was a good hotel for the price and would recommend it.

Clean room, nice balcony you could walk out on and open sliding door. Warm pool and hot tub that were open in February.

Withun walking distance to the convention center. The hotel could use some remodeling. Rust stains in the sink, tub drain was very slow for 2 days, carpet worn and has stains.

The only "Saving grace" was that the sheets were clean and the staff was nice. Other than that, this place is way past it's prime. Our room had some nasty stains in the carpet (either burn marks or a former scene of something very disgusting). The bed spread was old, faded and just nasty...although the sheets were very clean and felt clean. We checked out a day early without even trying to contact Orbitz to get reimbursed...not worth the trouble. Spend your extra money on a nice place on the strip...this place is more for bachelors who don't care much where they lay there head after a long night of partying. On a positive note, the front desk ladies were very nice and I even over heard one of them telling a patron on the phone the truth...."If you want to spend $170 a night, stay on the strip...." I think next time we'll do just that.

Staff was friendly, although the housekeepers were far better dressed than the front desk personnel. Foyer was very nice, but handicap assisted doors to front entry were inoperable. (OSHA Violation) Bathtubs were very slippery with no safety strips. Hallways in upper rooms were well worn and poorly lit. Bathrooms are very, very "tired" and long past their prime. No on site security was visible in high property crime area. There are far better 3.5 Star properties available in Las Vegas.

Extremely basic. Nothing to show any pride are care taken to make the place stand out. The loose and dangling wires of the TV connections are indicative. Well kept bathroom.

Air-conditioner was broken. Only COOLER worked. It was so terrible in winter.

The hotel is located pretty far from the strip, so you would have to drive or take a cab to get to the main part of Vegas. The room is a little dark with no view, but clean. The bathroom is clean as well. The staff is pretty friendly. There is no wifi included in the room, and it's $10 per DEVICE.
