Every inch of our home was created with both style and comfort in mind.

This is a 4 bedroom home with the master bedroom being on the main floor. It has a king size bed and with Full Size Bunk Beds. There is an attached suite with a private door that has a set of Twin Size Bunk Beds along with 2 chairs to sit and relax. The master bedroom has French doors going outside to the patio where it is overlooking the beautiful pool. There is also a private custom bath with 2 sinks and a stand up shower and a separate bath tub with jets. There is also a wall mounted T.V. Netflix is included WIFI is also available.

The upstairs has 2 bedrooms with a custom private bathroom which includes 2 sinks and a bathtub with a shower which is separate and across the hall from both bedrooms. Each bedroom has 2 queen size beds a TV with Netflix. WIFI is also available. One of the bedrooms upstairs has a comfy chair that pulls out to a twin bed. The upstairs is totally private from the rest of the house and very comfortable with new carpet throughout.

Guests have access to the entire house including the backyard and pool (not heated) for a very relaxing experience. The backyard and pool is completely walled in and is very private.

The Kitchen has a double oven, microwave, refrigerator, trash compacter, dish washer, reverse osmosis water filter, coffee pot, keurig, toaster, vitamix blender, dishes, silverware, pots and pans and lots more!!!!!!!

We offer essential amenities like: Fresh linens, towels, toilet paper, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, hairdryer and more!

We have a late model, large washer and dryer in the laundry room complete with an ironing board and iron. Our home also has a water softener to enhance the quality of your bathing experience. Our home also has a new HVAC system as well as a new hot water heater and solar power.

SMOKING is NOT permitted inside of the home. Smoking is only allowed on the back patio area and there will be a designated butt can to dispose of cigarette butts. Please remove shoes inside the house as the house has new carpeting throughout.

No pets are allowed

We are 420 friendly. It is legal in the state of Nevada to use recreational marijuana at a RESIDENTAIL property only. It is allowed at my home but ONLY on the back patio area.

Our guest have access to the entire property.
