Beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bath ground floor condo with covered patio. Completely renovated with plank flooring throughout. New kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances and quartz countertops.
All furniture is brand new and condo comes complete with a 65 inch TV in the living room and a 50 inch TV in the bedroom. All leather couch in the living room with recliners at both ends for your comfort. Conveniently located minutes from the I-15 freeway and close to grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, and outlet mall. South Point Casino is a 6 minute walk from the condo and the Strip is 4.0 miles. A short Uber/Lyft trip.
Community amenities include use of the pool, hot tub, fitness center and clubhouse a short walk from the condo. The unit is tucked away from the main street with convenient parking steps away. Great location for sightseeing, dining and shopping. Rollaway bed to accommodate guests.

Very good stay

The apartment is as advertised and more spacious than I would have thought. It was well stocked with virtually everything I needed. Two minor complaints: 1) The wifi is slow and sometimes just goes out. 2) The noise from the upstairs neighbor is considerable. Two barking dogs and loud conversations can be heard frequently.

This house was excellent had everything we needed and more we had an unexpected stay in las vegas to to my wife and sister being critically injured in a car accident on August 1st 2021 we unfortunately had to find a place to live due to us being from Illinois we were supposed to be in las vegas 3 days ot ended with 2 months until we finally got cleared to go home for more treatment but the house just came in the right time due to previous places we had to stay we hoped for the best and it ended up being a amazing place to stay and i would like to thank the owners for allowing us in their home if i could rate more than 5 i would.

Great Location

It was a pleasure staying at Don & Joan's condo. It is located near convenient stores, restaurants, casino and not to far from the strip. It is cleaned and a gave a very cozy feeling.
