Hi, my name is Joseph and I am new to Vrbo. I’ve just completed the remodeling job for this house and it took me over 6 months. .Please enjoy your stay in this beautiful 2 stories split level house with 2 master suites and a nice swimming pool. It features a living room and a family room, both with big screen tv. It is conviniently located next to the golf club and it's mins away from the strip and 3 miles from airport. Please note the pool is not heated and property is monitored with Ring cameras in both front and backyard
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 3 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.

Should have information sheet about the house visible. Nothing in the house with information on what's expected of the people staying or what to do at check out, etc; if it was there it wasn't visible.Beds weren't fully made. No extra pillows & blankets, all the bed pillows were old & flat. No information on how to run the TV's and they were all different, No basics available in the kitchen or bathrooms. That's fine if there aren't enough utensils, plates, soap, shampoo, etc, just make sure it's stated to not expect those things that are normally available at VRBO'sDrain in lower shower is slow, needs to be cleaned.

First Vegas Home Rental

Overall, the home was sufficient to meet our needs as a place to take breaks and sleep as we visited various Vegas spots. The home was mostly clean (dusty in some areas) with AC in each room which is essential in the summer heat. The layout is more of an open concept with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on one side and one bedroom on the other side with living & kitchen area in the center. The water in the showers drained slowly, however clean towels were provided. The decorative pillows in the rooms were itchy to use. Probably could use a wash or two. There were no kitchen towels or paper towels. There was a very used, old sponge under the sink. We had read previous reviews and came prepared with our own supplies. The fridge was clean. The pool had algae growing in it. The home is a corner lot next to a major street. You can hear the street noise all day long, especially at night. There was a loud truck doing donuts that woke us up one-night. A surprise for us were the external cameras in front of the house and in the back of the house overlooking the pool. They were not mentioned in the property description at all which violates VRBO’s policy on external cameras. We also found our devices gave us a warning that the wifi was monitored, whatever that may mean. We felt like our privacy was violated without being informed of this surveillance ahead of time, especially it does seem that the host is regularly monitoring the cameras throughout the stay.

The space looked exactly like the pictures! And Was able to accommodate everyone not only with the amount of rooms but living space as well. The host Jospeh always responded timely and answered any questions we had. I loved how each room had it's own air unit to adjust the temperatures to our liking. 10/10 will be booking again anytime we’re back in Vegas!

PROS: Accurate pictures and description, location was amazing for access to the strip and all other areas we went to including the airport, beds comfortable, AC worked well, great water pressure, host very responsive and nice. CONS: Limited seating in living room for larger group, road noise, no dish soap/kitchen towels available, front door needs weather stripping badly, floors were dirty (feet/socks were black from walking around), outside trash bins were full and smelly, no bin liners in bathroom trash cans. Our group was 6 females ranging from ages 28-56 for a girls trip. The host was VERY flexible and accommodating with check in, we appreciated that very much. We were excited about the pool, however it was really too cold for us to use even at 5pm. We were disappointed about that but understood that it was not heated. Overall a nice place to stay.

Weekend at The Sphere in Vegas

We had 7 coming to Vegas for a weekend of Dead & Co at The Sphere. This property held us all with a room to spare. Pool was cool and refreshing after hiking and walking around the Strip. Location was extremely convenient to airport and for Ubering to Sphere and other attractions. Owner was very attentive and took care of one missing item righ away. Come see some shows at The Sphere and stay here!
