The house is very nice and comfortable for a family. Its location is convenient for restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. If you want to spend your time on the strip, this is probably not your best option. But, if you are looking for a central spot outside the strip to enjoy the parks and scenery this neighborhood is perfect.

Great communication with hosts. The house was good and comfortable. Not perfect, but better than a hotel.We visited in the winter, so didn't use the pool. The kitchen was moderately stocked with needed pots and skillets.

Stayed for 2 weeks to visit family. The home was just what we needed. The neighbors were very friendly and helpful. Convenient location to grocery store, park, and restaurant. Would book again for our next visit.

Property was perfect for what I needed. Quiet neighborhood away from the Strip but close enough to get everwhere in 30-35 minutes. Only improvement I would like would be a garage door opener for the property, but that was a minor inconvenience. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice property

Easily accessible home...was visiting family nearby and didn't need to be close to the strip. Clean, spacious, simply decorated. We were close to stores, restaurants and the highway for easy access.Enjoyed going to Floyd Lamb park each morning to catch the sunrise with my daughters. It was a lovely stay!

Golf trip

Not wanting to stay in Vegas hotels, we opted to rent a house. This house was perfect. Shopping center close and plenty of places to eat. We cannot wait until next year to stay at this fabulous house.

Home Base for Mt Charleston

Despite having some issues communicating about checkin, the property was as is. Perfect for a group that wants to do some climbing in Kyle Canyon. Only a thirty minute drive to the crag. Pool was very nice.
