This is a private 4 bed 2.5 bath single family home located in a quiet residential community in the heart of Northwest Las Vegas. It is conviently located near restaurants, grocery stores, and easy access to 215 freeway. We are within a short driving distance to the Las Vegas strip, convention center, Tmobile arena, and Raiders Stadium. Near Centennial Hills, Mt View, and VA hospital. Do you want to take a hike at Red Rock Canyon or hit the slopes at Mt Charleston? Our place is the perfect spot!

This home is furnished with elegant furnitures, beautiful bedroom sets with memory foam mattresses, a fully stocked coffee bar to satisfy your caffeine cravings, and everything you need to make you feel like you’re just right at home. The living area features an open floor plan concept with abundant natural light all throughout. It has a comfortable oversized sofa, 55-inch flat screen LED tv hooked up with Roku allowing you to stream your favorite movies and shows on the Sling TV, Netflix, Hulu app and more.

🛏 Sleeping arrangements:
Masters bedroom - queen bed
2nd bedroom - queen bed
3rd bedroom Loft style - Twin size bed
4th bedroom - 2 double beds.

The kitchen is equipped with black stainless steel appliances, Keurig machine, toaster, air fryer, and basic cooking essentials to allow you to prepare your own
home-cooked meals. A private laundry area with a full sized washer and dryer is accessible in the home.

Complimentary high speed Wifi is also available.

The backyard is an entertainers paradise with a sparkling pool, covered patio, outdoor furniture and Bbq grill. Keep in mind, the pool is not heated.

For reservations over a week, a $500 refundable security deposit is required.

The house is very nice and comfortable for a family. Its location is convenient for restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. If you want to spend your time on the strip, this is probably not your best option. But, if you are looking for a central spot outside the strip to enjoy the parks and scenery this neighborhood is perfect.

Property was perfect for what I needed. Quiet neighborhood away from the Strip but close enough to get everwhere in 30-35 minutes. Only improvement I would like would be a garage door opener for the property, but that was a minor inconvenience. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice property

Easily accessible home...was visiting family nearby and didn't need to be close to the strip. Clean, spacious, simply decorated. We were close to stores, restaurants and the highway for easy access.Enjoyed going to Floyd Lamb park each morning to catch the sunrise with my daughters. It was a lovely stay!

Golf trip

Home Base for Mt Charleston

Despite having some issues communicating about checkin, the property was as is. Perfect for a group that wants to do some climbing in Kyle Canyon. Only a thirty minute drive to the crag. Pool was very nice.
