Spring break trip

Location was great - easy access to monorail and the strip. The pool at the signature was very quiet and not too busy. The room had a great view and was exactly as advertised. Check in and checkout was simple and valet parking was free. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay!

Exactly as advertised. Matt and Nate sent all info in advance insofar as check in, what to expect and checkout matters. Everything was exactly as they explained. Great location, 10 min walk to things in the MGM, monorail access, etc. Easy rideshare pickup location, etc. will def stay again!

First stay in Vegas

From what we were told this is the perfect time of the year to visit if you don’t want it too cold or too hot. The weather was perfect and our room was too. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was large enough to shower with your spouse at the same time, if you chose to.

Exceeded my expectations

I was staying in this unit for 12 days during my permanent move to Las Vegas. The unit was exactly as shown in the listing, had plenty of amenities, and the checkin/checkout/valet were seamless. Matt and Nate were amazing hosts who handled all of my requests on a timely basis and in a professional manner. The location back from the strip was great as I could walk to plenty of restaurants, shops, and TMobile arena yet going back, it was nice and quiet. I would definitely stay at this unit again if needed or other units owned by this host.

Was a great place to stay and all staff was very nice to talk with. Always willing to answer questions on how to get to places from the hotel. Awesome view. Could hear folks in other room from the hallway but not once in the room! Recommend it to any one to stay! Thanks again!

Great location!

The room was comfortable and clean. Having the ability to see the strip but not be right on it was wonderful. The view from the balcony at night was amazing. I loved the location, quick access to the monorail, and other resorts. Being next to the main MGM offered to opportunity to have the amenities of a large resort, yet being able to slip away to the quietness of your own private condo was the icing on the cake!

Awesome as always

Awesome property does need a little tlc. Sinks dont drain, faucets leak, furniture is original. But i would stay again as thats just normal wear and tear and not on the owner. Best place in vegas imo. Thanks nate!

There was food found on the floor when we arrived. The charging cord bedside did not work. One of the lamps bedside was missing the switch to turn it on. We were awoken one morning at 5:30 am by a fire alarm and a recorded message saying to disregard the alarm and that went off for 30 minutes. The next morning we were trapped for 5 hours by an active shooter.

We really liked this place. There are beautiful views of the strip from the balcony and it was a short 5-10 minute walk into MGM Grand casino. Host was very communicative and helpful. I would rent again in a heartbeat

Vegas Conference and Fun!

The room location in Tower 1 was very convenient to get to our conference at the MGM Grand Arena. The room had all the amenities we needed for our stay. It was nice being able to have the stocked kitchenette. The balcony was nice to have. We were offered a room refresh by housekeeping since we were there for 5 nights, but had plenty of towels and supplies, so we didn't need it. The owner responded quickly to any questions we had. Overall great experience. I would definitely recommend this suite!

A birthday retreat

In the listing for this condo, everything looked so perfect... as always we were skeptical! Our most difficult time of the entire trip was initially trying to find the entrance to the "Towers Area". (it's on the north side!) The check-in process was seamless and quick. The folks at the front desk are friendly, helpful and efficient. The Valet service for your vehicle follow suit in that they could not be any better. Our car was gone and we were in the condo within about 10 minutes of driving up. Our luggage arrived a couple of minutes later. NOT BAD! The condo is absolutely as it appears in the photos except for the throw pillow in the one chair and the "Covid signage" on the mirror above the bar. It was in great condition and very clean...we had everything that we needed for our 3 day stay. (And we even ate meals there) The bed is very comfortable, the bath complex is laid out really well and the living area is as convenient as one could ask for. The view is as good as one would want. The condo is located in a facility (Tower One) that has just about everything. The location as an appendage to the MGM Grand Hotel is also a feature that should not be overlooked. The lobby of Tower One is about 1/3 of a mile away from the MGM Casino, but you have access by way of enclosed "hallways" that whisk you along (in floor escalators) in a temperature-controlled environment from your room to the casino floor...no need for jackets, umbrellas or sweaters to go out at night. A good choice

Very nice! Enjoyed our stay!

Very nice, very clean. Easy check in, beautiful view. Quiet and feels safe inside gates. Minus a star because we did not have enough towels and washcloths for our 3 nights and no way to wash them. Also shower drain is plugged.
