Welcome to the Signature MGM condo-hotel! We're thrilled to offer our guests access to all the fantastic amenities at MGM Grand and MGM Signature, including the MGM Grand Pool and Wet Republic. Our property is just a block away from the vibrant Strip and boasts spacious rooms at incredible prices. You can easily reach the MGM Grand via a series of walkways, and the monorail station is just a short stroll away.

The Space:
Escape to your HUGE 600 sq ft suite and experience sweeping views of the city, kitchenette, marble bathroom with a private whirlpool spa tub and separate shower. This polished condo comes with a microwave, stove top, entertainment center including a flat screen TV, pool and fitness center. There is a private bathroom with free toiletries in every unit and towels and bed linen are provided.
