• A departure cleaning fee of $95 for studio units and $120 for 1BR units is required and payable at the front desk.

• No pets allowed (the building does not allow unless it is a service animal). Please bring the necessary documents to be presented to the front desk when bringing a service animal.

• Check-in time is 4 PM

• The person who makes the reservation must be present to check in. Please send a message to add authorized guests to check in to the property, should your guests arrive early.

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, approval, and/or fees.

• Must be 21 years or older

• Guests are in charge of all cleanings

• Please arrive early and allow for wait time during check-in

• No refunds or discounts will be offered after checkout, and any issues need to be reported within 24 hours of check in.
