Absolutely disgusting
Absolutely awful. I was so excited for a little "staycation" weekend with my boyfriend, we purposely filtered listings for jacuzzi tubs. The views were great, the room was nice looking, but it was filthy. There were pubic hairs on the bathroom tub, sticking out of the jets, and on the counter, mildew in the tub, dirty floors and trash still in the cans. The toilet paper was almost out, the hand soap was already opened, the shower gel was empty and the shampoo and conditioner had been used as well. The more I looked the more I found. I spent the first night scrubbing the tub eith paper towels (half a roll left behind) but ultimately was too grossed out to actually use it. The manager was prompt with an apology and offered to refund half of my booking. I tried to just let it go and get some sleep, I got in bed in the dark and realized the sheets were all out of order, not a big deal. When I woke up and got out of the bed I realized there was BLOOD in the sheets. I'm convinced the manager haphazardly tidied it up himself, there's no way this place was cleaned. The next night I was sitting in the chair(also had hairs I had to clean off) too uncomfortable to sleep and wishing I could leave. By some miracle I got a text at 4am reminding me when checkout was and indicating that all I had to do was leave the key in the room. I was overjoyed that I didn't have to wait until morning to meet this man. We immediately packed our stuff and left back to his place, luckily I actually had somewhere to go. So much for a romantic weekend, I should have stayed at my boyfriend's place instead of trying to do something special; absolute waste of my money and limited time off. This place is quite honestly a biohazard and a threat to your health and wellbeing. Do not stay here.
