Welcome to this spacious, two story, 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhouse here in North Las Vegas. It is in a gated, quite and friendly community. Pack very light! This home comes fully furnished with a fully stocked kitchen and a large smart television in the living room, master bedroom and in the loft area. You will have the entire unit to yourself or share it with your family or friends as this place sleeps up to 8 guest. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a dresser, large walk in closet, large bathroom with a shower and a deep soaking tub, a full length mirror, and a desk. The other two other bedrooms comes with queen size beds with dressers, full length mirrors and closets. Each room is fully stocked with fresh towels and linens. There are 2 designated work spaces and a loft space. (great space for kids to hang!)
This place has a TWO car garage and free spots, if available, close by. The home is well equipped with central heating, AC, Laundry and WIFI. There is also a COMMUNITY POOL open for the residents to enjoy. PETS ALLOWED UPON REQUEST! ($150.00 non-refundable) per pet. 2 pets max! NO CATS. (so sorry, I do love them too but due to allergies).
