Access to all rooms in main house listing - laundry, shared bath, kitchen, formal living & dining area! 20 min to the strip, hiking, skiing, rock climbing! Car or Uber rec. Easy access to I-95 and 215.
The space
My house sits on over a half acre, as do all the houses in my area, so you have privacy and peace during your stay. I live in horse country, so if you walk through the neighborhood, you will see some horses, bunnies, road runners and other wildlife. If you walk through the neighborhood, you can also see the strip. And I am also close enough to a Walmart superstore that you can walk to it as well. Many restaurants and lots of shopping are 5 minutes away! I have easy access to I-95 and 215 freeways. I am just a 20 minute drive to the strip, hiking, skiing. A car is recommended, but Uber & Bus service is available.
