Clean hotel nothing fancy.Close to all the attractions and the strip.

Room and bed were clean. Good to see a security guard on premises.

Hard to beat an inexpensive room this close to the Strip (one block walk to the Tropicana). However, the stay was kind of like "death by 1000 cuts". Check-in took nearly 30 minutes because the very nice front desk attendant was not was not entering the Orbitz payment info into her computer correctly. I called Orbitz to assist (not knowing it was a data-entry issue), and the Orbitz phone representative was awful. Of all of the issues with this stay, the Orbitz associate was the only "personnel" issue. During my check-in, several other guests came in with complaints ranging from toilet issues to keys not working. It's an older hotel with some conditional issues. Rooms have seen lots of hard use. Toilet needed a plunging (yes, BEFORE we used it), the bathroom sink faucet leaked enough to be called a "water feature" or small "Vegas fountain", tile floors badly cracked, relatively thin walls, etc. Worst part (as with many cheaper hotels) were the other guests and homeless folks near the property. Loud guests and barking dogs were not uncommon during our four day stay (especially at night). There are three motels as well as Hooters and Tropicana on this block. I have stayed in this area on four separate trips. There were more homeless "living" or roaming in/near the empty lot between America's Best and Hooters than on previous trips. I didn't feel unsafe, but I was certainly more cautious when walking and didn't want my wife walking there alone.

No wifi Tv had a vcr and no remote Bath tub was antique Toilet seat broken Place needs serious upgrade

Absolutely terrible hotel. Yes, it is a budget hotel, however bed bugs in two separate rooms, including the, "most recently renovated suite", is disgusting and unacceptable. The front desk staff seemed almost comfortable with this. I had to ask for a refund and left the hotel halfway through my stay. The hotel is not clean and needs to be shut down or serious renovations need to take place. Pay the extra $ to stay somewhere else, or stay off the strip and get an Uber.

I chose this hotel because it's cheap and without any annoying additional fees. However, if you book from the website, you might see multiple selections of a same kind of room. ONLY BOOK THE CHEAPEST because a couple of more dollars won't give you anything, ESPECIALLY THE MISLEADING FREE INTERNET!!! The hotel is covered by free internet at all public places and most of the rooms. A COUPLE OF MORE DOLLARS WON'T IMPROVE ANYTHING!!! I brought about this to the check-in staff and she clarified that all the $28, $32 and $34 rooms are all the same. I contacted the Orbitz customer service and they kindda like "Oh we're not going to refund you anyway blablabla". When I check out, the check out staff was saying other words like "Oh we can't control this"... OK never mind. Just book the cheapest from all you want, and that's it.

Very cheap price indeed. You cannot expect too much. Very basic motel.

Very disappointing - mold on the bathroom ceiling - sink handle was hard to operate - toilet kept running.

Basic rooms outdated nice hot tub on sight plus close walk to strip. Cheap place but works for a bed & shower if that's all you need.

Good price. But tv broken. Beds too close to wall for a couple. Because of room placement the talking outside was very disturbing. Was close to car rental places however and airport.

Great location to the strip! Friendly staff! Tv channels we're fuzzy

First room stunk like smoke. They kindly moved me to another room. The second room had roaches. They then moved to a third room upstais for ther last two nights.

The room looked in decay, the lightbulbs flickered, the few plugs didn't work, no real wifi, and the worst part... The A/C wasn't working, in Las Vegas in July. I had the room for 2 nights, but after one night of very little sleep, I checked out early.

The AC wasn't working in my room, and this just isn't going to do in Las Vegas @115° heat! They did switch my room out, thank goodness... For the price of the room, this was perfect for a rest stop but I wouldn't stay for the night.

The staff was very friendly and the location is very close to the strip. However, it is very small, dirty, noisy, no Wi-Fi as advertised, old broken furniture, small uncomfortable beds. What more do I need to say. We had to push the tv button the times to come on the it turned back off. I had to sanitize to toilet before using it and wear flip flops in the shower. I cancelled many reservations after one night there and booked another room. Never again will I stay in this hotel again. I wouldn't rate it!!!!

Room was very dated! But for the price can't complain that much. First room given A/C wasn't working but without a problem were given another room! Great guest service! Also they had night security which made us feel safe!

Clean, quiet. Next to ice machine but couldn't hear it from inside. Musty smell when I opened door, but air conditioner took care of that quickly.

If you want a bed, shower and door that locks for cheap, this is it. Have no other expectations.

The room we were originally given had cockroaches crawling all over it. We called and asked them to change our room. They said they had no other rooms, but they would "send a maintenance person", 15 minutes later-no one had come, so we called again. When the maintenance guy came, he wanted to spray poison in the room--we demanded a new room and they magically found an unoccupied room for us. I understand that this is a budget motel, but we paid $154.00 for the night and I don't expect to have cockroaches in any room--especially not for $154.00. The beds were not comfortable. We cancelled our second night and just drove home. I would not recommend this hotel.

Clean rooms without amenities. You get what you pay for. Helpful staff, clean beds and towels. Free coffee in the office. Well within walking distance to MGM and the strip.
