This gorgeous and newly remodeled 2 bedroom condo with luxury furnishings and appliances is located near Wynn and Encore, Resorts World, Las Vegas Convention Center and the new upcoming Fontainebleau hotel with clear view of the new Sphere Immersive Concert/Event attraction in Las Vegas.
The space is walking distance to the Strip and adjacent to the Convention Center. Gated Community, close to shopping, casinos and restaurants. The community also has a Pool and Spa, with mature landscaping.

This is a newly remodeled 2 bedroom Condo that’s on the 2nd of 2 floors. There is a Queen bed in both bedrooms and a Queen sleeper sofa in the main space
