very comfortable single floor house, very spacious areas; 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, large terrace, pool, very pleasant gardens, security guards 24/7. The location of the house is privileged, it is close to everything (the atrium 6 minutes away), excellent restaurants, banks, shopping centers, supermarkets. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a sofa and a giant 75-inch TV, the bathroom has two sinks, all lined with marble, shower, bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, a full bathroom with closet, bedroom 3 has a single bed with a private bathroom (a total of 5 people can sleep comfortably)
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace.
