Der Aufenthalt bei Vinny war wirklich schön. Wie habe das Haus, mit all seinen Vorzügen, sehr genossen. Die Angaben sind genau und die Kommunikation bei Fragen war exzellent.Gerne wieder.

Pictures do not match the actual condition of the house

The pictures do not match the house , very run down and old does not look anything like the pictures on the listing , very run down and old and broken blinds , mold on baseboards in master bath, comforters are very old and not good quality, not a lot of cooking items . I wish other reviews would of been honest I would never stay here again

Great home for minimalist

The home has just enough items to enjoy your stay. The refrigerator water does not work so you’ll need to buy water or drink from the tap. Don’t plan on doing too much cooking here.

Wir waren zu fünft als Männerrunde in dieser schönen Unterkunft.Die Betten waren sehr bequem jedoch nicht wirklich geeignet für 2 ausgewachsene Personen wenn man als Kumpels unterwegs ist. Es ist auch etwas hellhörig aber das scheint normal zu sein in den USA.Mein Fazit ist das ich das Haus wieder buchen würde denn Preis Leistung ist wirklich super !

Large Space

Overall, large kitchen, 4 beds, bed linens, hot water, water pressure, and large dining room made our guests and family feel comfortable, as well as the pool. The bathrooms only had one bath towel and no shampoo and conditioner, but after looking everywhere found in hall closets. Appreciated them coming out same day to fix the lights and fan in living room and outlets in bathrooms. Note the spa tub had no working jets. Dishwasher had leftover brown water in bottom so had to do dishes by hand.

Great place to stay!

We stayed here for a week and our stay, although with a few hiccups, was great. We were able to check in a couple hrs early no problem at all in the record setting heat, but when we arrived the AC was not on yet so it was pretty hot inside. After running the AC for a few hrs we noticed that it was not actually kicking on. We contacted Vinny who immediately said he would have someone out there ASAP. Luckily we had the awesome benefit of the pool to keep cool. Pool guy comes once a week so we had to do a quick skim job all was good. AC repair guy came and fixed the AC the next day within 30 min and the house cooled amazingly. Location is great for close shopping needs as well as 15 min from the strip. Few things we would recommend would be, bbq grill brush( we used foil on the grill so as to not mess up the grates), actual cookie sheets or baking pans( we had a really small metal tray but couldn’t fit a whole lot on it) , dishwasher pods( had to make a quick trip to Walgreens for some) ,laundry detergent (quick trip to Walgreens), lilted better cleaning supplies would be fantastic for those wanting to upkeep the home during their stay (trash bags were way to small for the trash can, vacuum for the area rugs, and perhaps a broom not from the playstore lol). I know totally unexpected things happen, for instance some smoke detector batteries were low but one was unreachable without a ladder. AC does auto set to 78 at like 6am/pm, but u can still change right away. Overall great.

Pool Life

It was a scorcher in Vegas during our stay and the pool was awesome!! Swam every day, at all times of the day. Been a hot minute since I've used a diving board. Very nice house. Roomy, comfortable bedrooms, perfect for a family stay. We all had a great time, would definitely book again!

Extremely uncomfortable interrupted vacation

We booked a 5 night stay for family reunion/vacation. We always pull an inspection and document any issues regarding properties and report back to management as we did upon arrival at this location to protect ourselves from any possibly legal liabilities. AC automatically adjusts to high temperatures throughout day. Uncomfortable hot and sweaty the entire stay. The last day of our stay the host fixed inoperable ceiling fan in den and sent the AC tech. Refrigerator was a nice stainless steel unit with ice maker and water dispenser. *Unfortunately, the host does Not have a water source to the unit. Be aware you will need to buy ice or ice trays for your visit. The kitchen was a nice size. Unfortunately, it was dark for 3 nights due to 4 recess lights needing replacing. Outside was a nice size but extremely dirty pool with diving board, and small broken playset which our grandkids couldn’t enjoy. The grill was filthy and no grill tools. Be aware Internet unit and screen is literally setting in floor. Bed pillows are flat but comfortable beds. Downstairs bathroom has toilet issues and sink faucet trickles. Technicians for electrical and AC arrived 4 and 5th day. Property needs maintenance for minor issues as well. The pros about this property: roomy, location and quiet neighborhood. I would not recommend if you want to enjoy an uninterrupted vacation in Vegas with AC. Too many cheaper hotels to be miserable.

Girls Trip!

Very close to airport, 6 miles! Very convenient & very quiet neighborhood. Uber to the strip is under $30 avg. Pics are accurate, house is beautiful and comfortable! We felt very safe. A/C will catch up and cool - adj upper level to cooler, which will help lower level to cool. Also, no lounging chairs or patio table on pool deck. Would have been a nice option. Floaties for pool, fun feature. Hot tub is same temp as pool. Beds are very comfortable, with spacious rooms.
