Worst birthday EVER!!!!

I was so embarrassed. I pick this home. When we arrived at the property at 4:50pm,the cleaning lady was STILL cleaning. She asked for MORE time. She did not do a good job, because I found clothing at the end of the between the mattress and frame. We then washed ALL sheets and towels. There was NO WiFi till 2pm the NEXT DAY! We had no TV and Karaoke was the plan for the evening. I was lied to and told it was an outage, however when the property manager did arrive he found that it was disconnected.

Close to Vegas Airport and Night Life

This property was in an excellent location for our short stop of our family vacation to fly out of Las Vegas. The owners were very responsive. The house is older but was very clean and nicely renovated.

We arrived an hour after scheduled check-in to find the cleaning person still working inside. Waited another 15 minutes in the driveway. Not surprised there were no pictures of the front of the house. The interior pics were not an accurate depiction of the condition of the property. We left to find other lodging and did not return. I even doubt my young adult children would have accepted this porperty as a weekend party location.

very poorly maintained house (stained rugs, floors and furniture) as well as dirty/unswimmable pool and unsafe backyard (loose and cracked pavers alongside the pool - very dangerous). Also, management company was very unresponsive and unprofessional. Would not recommend this house to anyone in its current condition.

Quick trip to Las Vegas

This property has excellent decor and features. Never seen so many televisions in one house. Kids loved that. The powerful air conditioning and pool were very welcome during 100+ degree Las Vegas weather and the boys loved the pool table in the garage. Good communication and responsiveness from owner.

Cute little house

House was clean and very comfortable. We unfortunately didn't get to enjoy the pool as much as we wanted due to the weather. But the pool table kept us entertained. The location was great within minutes of grocery store and some restaurants. Management was very prompt with questions and an issue that came up. Would definitely recommend this house.

Such a house should not be rented out.

Ankunft im Haus, schlüsselcode war falsch. Nach 1 Stunde Oficce erreicht. Neuer Code erhalten, Code war auch falsch. Nach 2 Stunden universal code erhalten zum Haus. Mit universalcode hatte jeder zutritt zum Haus!! Sauberkeit im Haus war in ordnung. Ausstattung im Haus war sehr schlecht. Laminatböden mit Verletzungsgefahr. Toiletten defekt, haben selber repariert. Offene Katzentüren ins zimmer auch für alle Tiere haben diese selber zugemacht mit Baustellen Material. Umgebung war eine Baustelle. Der Fotograpf der Liegenschaft war sehr gut. Ein solches Haus sollte nicht vermietet werden. Bilder und Schäden können mit nusspaka@gmail angefordert werden. Arrival at the house, key code was wrong. After 1 hour you will reach Oficce. Received new code, code was also wrong. After 2 hours universal code received to the house. With universal code everyone had access to the house!! Cleanliness in the house was fine. Facilities in the house were very poor. Laminate flooring with risk of injury. Toilets defective, repaired themselves. Open cat doors into the room also for all animals have closed them themselves with construction site material. The surrounding area was a construction site. The photo of the property was very good. Such a house should not be rented out. Images and damages can be requested with nusspaka@gmail.
