The accommodation
The villa “La Lomita” is just a 10-minute walk from the magnificent white sandy beach of Popi and 5 minutes from the lively village of Las Terrenas.

It is also located in a secure residence with surveillance. The villa has two bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning and fan, and two full bathrooms. The pleasant living room has a wide opening onto the outside, where you'll find a comfortable terrace and a private garden. You'll also benefit from Wi-Fi Internet access and two workspaces.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances: fridge, gas stove, microwave and cooking utensils. It includes a bar area opening onto the terrace, a kitchen counter and a breakfast bar.

Electricity:
Electricity charges: Electricity is billed separately at the standard rate of 15 DOP per kWh (generally less than US$2 per day). We will provide you with a photo of the meter upon arrival and departure, as well as the total, which must be paid upon departure.
