Will not be returning EVER

The house was nice and well decorated however, the villa wasn’t ready at check in. We found out upon arrival because host never contacted us. I reached out to her and told her how unprofessional I found this to be and she told me she’s not professional that she’s the boss of her “home”. She showed no empathy and was very rude. We had NO ELECTRICITY for over 6 hours. The pool also needed to be cleaned, it was dirty.
