The staff here is AMAZING! They really care about the guests and their experiences. Also, the grounds are magical - gorgeous tropical plants well-maintained at every turn. The pool at the front of the property is wonderfully uncrowded and beautiful. The fitness center is EXCELLENT!! I recommend this hotel.

Overall great stay. The property had just opened in November and it seems they didn't anticipate the number of guests, service was a bit disorganized but overall friendly staff.
