Nice views and adequate studio

The studio was nice and sufficient, even though it is smaller than you might expect from the photos. Some of the furniture seems a bit old, and some of it has some wear and tear in the bathroom, but generally it is adequate, well equipped and clean. I had a very bad experience in a different apartment across the road with a cockroach infestation (same company) but in this apartment there were no issues and I did not see any cockroach during the whole week.During this stay, I did not have to contact the owner/company as there were no major issues but from my other experience (the week before) I can say that the responsiveness can be slow and the contact quite impersonal. The views and the balcony is very nice. Just be aware that it is not completely private as people on other balconies have partial views onto this balcony. Also, if you are unlucky your neighbours smoke a lot on the balcony next to you. This happened to me and as I am sensitive to smoke it meant I could not use the balcony a lot. Overall it is a nice little apartment and the views alone make it a pretty nice experience.

Das Appartment war in einem ziemlich abgewohnten Zustand. DIe Tapete hing teilweise lose von der Wand, die Dunstabzugshaube war defekt, der Waschstisch im Bad war in Auflösung begriffen und die Möblierung war reichlich in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise kaputt. Für meine Begriffe ist der Wochenpreis schon nahezu unverschämtAber wen das Alles nicht stört, der hatte einen fantastischen Blick auf das Meer.
