Excellent Hotet

We stayed for 4 nights, Hotel was in a great location, near to the beach and promenade. We were on the 8th floor with views of the port, the sun was on the balcony all day. Breakfast was adequate and freshly made, set you up for the day with hot and cold buffet. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war nicht so toll. Ständig Haare anderer Leute. Auch bei Ankunft. Staub in den Zimmerecken, fleckig am Toilettendeckel.

Very nice city hotel on good scenerylocation, opposite to historic Castillo de Luz and port of Las Palmas. There are good beds and pillows on the rooms and enough space, although the bathroom is quite tiny. Breakfast room is small as well, but the main thing,the breakfast has good selection. For staying some days in the city, this is a really good choice. For a longer stay, I would prefer more apartamento-style. Rooms were cleaned daily; sometimes I think they changed the towels a bit too often: We did not leave them on the floor but they were changed still. Staff was very friendly and smiling! There is only a one elevator that is used by customers as well as floorcleaners: be ready to use the stairwell if an rush hour.
