The staff is super friendly and the stay was actually good. For the price I paid, I simply cannot complain. Therefore, for a budget a very good stay indeed.

Hostel masquerading as a hotel

Not a hotel - a hostel. 5 rooms on each floor sharing a shower room/toilet and a kitchen. This means that there are LONG queues in the morning. Other guests love to take food & drink out of the fridge and leave the washing up out if they do it at all! The view out of the window was of a wall and a ventilation pipe and there was nowhere to sit in the room. On the plus side - central location for the outskirts of the city. About 10 minutes walk to the closest beach and about 25 minutes to the larger beach.

Amazing place! Great staff, impeccably clean A*

Amazing place, this had everything we needed and the staff there were lovely! Everything is wonderfully clean, perfect little kitchen and bathroom, one of each on every floor which you share with three other rooms but which are kept impeccably clean throughout the day. There's a roof terrace too. I cannot rate the staff high enough, everything from the welcome smiles to the insisting on carrying the cases downstairs when we left, just great. We feel like we found a little diamond with this place, definitely going back! Thanks to all the staff at City Room Las Palmas! Hope to see you again soon :)

Feels like home

Situated right at the heart of the city. Everything is brand new, exceptionally clean and is well- run by the nicest family you could expect to meet. Nothing is too much trouble for them and their smiles are genuine and adorable. I will return many times to Las Palmas and will always want to stay here.

La habitación era amplia y limpia, la cama y almohadas muy comodas y limpias. El baño siempre se encontraba limpio y en buenas condiciones. Lo unico malo en mi experiencia es que mi habitacion se encontraba en la planta 3 y en la planta 4 esta la terraza y 2 de los 4 dias que estuve alguien se levantaba antes de las 6 am y subia a la planta 4 y hacian mucho ruido moviendo cosas y mi habitacion estaba debajo, asi que eso provocaba que me despertara temprano en mis vacaciones.
