La habitacion, sencilla, pero comoda, muy limpia y luminosa. El personal, muy educadfo y agradabe, con ganas de hacer que la estancia sea perfecta. Sobre todo señalar, que hace poco que acaban de abrir y todavia quedan algunas cosillas que mejorar, pero se agradece el esfuerzo que estan haciendo para conseguir un sitio agradable donde pasar unos dias y estoy segura que en poco tiempo estara funcionando todo al 100%. Hay que tener en cuenta que este hotel llevaba mas de 15 años cerrado y volver a ponerlo en marcha lleva mucho tiempo, esfuerzo, dinero y trabajo, sobre todo burocratico. Por eso les doy las gracias y les deseo toda la suerte que se merecen por devolver este olviado hotel a la vida. Las Navas se lo merece.

Los colchones son durisimos. Parece que éstas durmiendo en el suelo. En mi habitación no había televisión. Estaba muy limpio, las toallas olian muy bien. No funcionaba el ascensor

El exterior del hotel y su cafetería es de lo mejorcito que tiene, la atención en la cafetería para el desayuno de 10 aunque por poner un pero, no tenían pan para hacer tostadas a las 9 de la mañana, pero bueno. Las habitaciones en principio aceptables para el precio, pero el colchón es la cámara de tortura peor que hemos sufrido, una tabla de madera creo que es mas blanda. Por el resto ya digo , por lo que se paga no puedes pedir más, pero cambien los colchones porfavor. El ascensor no funcionaba pero bueno teníamos la habitación en rl primer piso y no fue un inconveniente. La situación del hotel idonea, nada más entrar en Navas del marqués y mucho aparcamiento por la zona. Hotel que si vas de paso para una noche puedes aguantar el suplicio de la cama, pero 3 noches cómo nosotros, no lo recomiendo. A 30 minutos de Ávila y otros 30 de el Escorial.

Las instalaciones,el edificio muy bien. El ascensor no estaba habilitado , las almohadas pequeñas no tenían fundas (mal aspecto ) , la habitación no tenía televisor ( nos lo pusieron después), no cuenta con secador de pelo (tampoco tenían en la recepción),el hotel abierto toda la noche sin recepción. Inseguro. Una pena porque tiene mucho potencial.El desayuno en el bar,no se sabe de qué consta porque te lo dicen pero no hay display de nada, no hay fruta. Desayuno pobre, mejor tomarlo fuera.
