Pretty cottage 4 stars, 45 m2, warm and welcoming, on the ground floor of a beautiful house, will offer you great comfort.
Ideally located on the heights of the village of Laroque des Albères, in the Pyrenees Orientales and only 15min from the sea, the accommodation offers a splendid view of the Canigou and the plain of Roussillon.
Outside, you benefit from the garden and its large terrace, equipped with cozy furniture and a plancha, where you can live delicious convivial moments and relaxation in front of this show and enjoy the wonderful sunsets on the Canigou.
Relaxation and calm assured!!
Inside, the apartment includes a kitchen, spacious and practical with all the necessary comfort (dishwasher, induction hob, freezer, mini oven, washing machine...), a bedroom area with a bed 180/ 200cm, a lounge area with desk and TV and finally a spacious bathroom.
800m below the house you have access to a common tennis court and a ping pong table as well
that a very nice pool shared with other cottages, if opening of it by the prefecture that will give us the information, in spring 2024.
But in the meantime, for nature lovers you can hike along the many marked trails, but also practice water activities (many on the coast), mountain biking, canyoning, gourmet walks, wine discoveries and many other activities...
The apartment has a perfect location, it is quiet in nature but 5 minutes from amenities (bakery, grocery, local greengrocer, butcher, restaurants, post office, pharmacy), 15 minutes from the sea ( Argelès sur mer), 20 minutes from Collioure and 25 minutes from Spain...
On site, the day of entry you will have a personalized welcome and tourist advice.
