Ok, men..

Pent og innbydende rom, men dÄrlig renhold og dÄrlig vedlikehold av rommet. Aircon fungerte ikke. Eget basseng var veldig fint. Hotellet bÊrer preg av dÄrlig vedlikehold og har nok sett sine bedre dager. Egentlig veldig synd, fordi dette kunne vÊrt veldig bra med noen fÄ grep.

Besviken pĂ„ upplevelsen – inte i linje med vad som utlovas av ett femstjĂ€rnigt hotell. Vi reste med vĂ„ra tvĂ„ smĂ„ barn och hade bokat ett rum med egen pool – med tydlig önskan om ett lugnt och stillsamt boende, dĂ„ barnens sömn Ă€r viktig. TyvĂ€rr levde vistelsen inte alls upp till förvĂ€ntningarna eller den nivĂ„ man förvĂ€ntar sig i denna prisklass. Det rum vi först tilldelades lĂ„g nĂ€ra en trafikerad vĂ€g, vilket innebar att ljudet frĂ„n trafiken hördes tydligt, sĂ€rskilt pĂ„ kvĂ€llar och nĂ€tter. Det blev en störande kontrast till den ro och avkoppling vi hade hoppats pĂ„. VĂ€rre blev det nĂ€r vi upptĂ€ckte kackerlackor som sprang runt under sĂ€ngen och mellan rummen – nĂ„got som absolut inte hör hemma pĂ„ ett hotell i denna kategori. DĂ€rtill hade rummet en tydlig lukt av mögel, och luftkonditioneringen fungerade mycket dĂ„ligt. Den vĂ€xlade mellan iskall kyla, vilket gjorde att barnen frös, och kvĂ€vande vĂ€rme nĂ€r vi stĂ€ngde av den för att undvika nedkylning. Elektriciteten kĂ€ndes heller inte trygg. NĂ€r vi tĂ€nde lampor hördes surrande ljud, ljuset flimrade, slocknade och kom tillbaka, och sĂ€kringarna gick flera gĂ„nger utan nĂ„gon uppenbar anledning – vid ett tillfĂ€lle endast vid laddning av en mobiltelefon. Att behöva öppna proppskĂ„pet och Ă„terstĂ€lla strömmen pĂ„ egen hand kĂ€ndes varken sĂ€kert eller acceptabelt. Une trÚs belle chambre rénovée, pas neuve mais propres et grande pour accueillir une famille de 5 personnes. Les extérieurs sont tout simplement incroyable , avec des piscines à volontés et une magnifique plage juste en face de l hÎtel.
