I loved everything about this hotel! The check in process was seamless and the lady at the desk was most kind. Now the room - I didn’t want to leave. I wanted to explore more of Larnaca, but I stayed in my room a lot. I enjoyed my balcony for hours before I left. I can’t wait to visit again and I would absolutely make the same choice!

Property was a described. It’s is clean, modern. Suite had all needed amenities. Managers were friendly and personable. Just one beef: bathroom was too small for the size of the suite itself. Although neighborhood is quiet, within 10-minute walk you can be in the middle of the action.

our go to place in Lanarca!

Second time staying here and it was as good as the first! We were in Larnaca for a tennis tournament and the location was unbeatable. What a luxury to sit on your balcony and watch amazing tennis matches!! The apartment was very clean and comfortable for 3. Internet and air conditioning worked well and the bathroom and shower was good. The sofa bed was a bit hard, so mattress toppers would be a welcome addition. The staff were as kind and helpful as during our previous stay. We were happy to be welcomed by familiar faces who really seemed to care about our stay. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Larnaca. Thank you!

check in was great - with a very courteous and helpful receptionist. We were unaware that you needed to wait an hour for hot water when we just wanted to shower and go to bed. Only two flat pillows on the bed. Lot's of noise outside from the tennis center and cafe.

Great base from which to explore

Great base to explore Larnaca. Lovely apartment in a good position to get to centre of Larnaca. There was a kitchenette with hob, oven and microwave. Fairly well equipped with crockery and a couple of saucepans. Sadly plates were plastic. Comfortable living space. Bed had a soft but comfortable mattress. Air conditioning in both living room and bedroom, that warmed room in the cold temperatures of February, When the sun was shining there was a great balcony. Views limited from the third floor but there was access to a social space on the seventh floor with good views, and a jacuzzi in a Mini car!!! I certainly would recommend it as a base. I would, however, recommend hiring a car as getting around Cyprus as it is challenging by public transport.
