Ich buche jetzt zum 2. Mal bei dem Betreiber "The Local Host". Die Dusche ist immer verkalkt, bei der Unterkunft Tangerine war Schimmel in der Dusche. Speziell die Duschen werden nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt. Ich habe auch nette Bilder gemacht. Dann war der Key für meine überdachte Garage nicht im Fach. Man wollte sich drum kümmern, hat das aber nach 6 Tagen nicht hingebracht, man wurde nur vertröstet. Dann wollte ich 2 Stunden später auschecken, ging nicht, weil sonst das Reinigungsteam so viel Stress hätte. Kann man als Gast jetzt nicht so wirklich verstehen. Das Zimmer ist aber generell schön, hat nicht wie auf der Seite angegeben 35 qm, sondern 45qm, habe es nachgemessen. Ich frage mich echt was das für eine Firma ist, die noch nicht mal weiß was sie vermietet. Bei meinem Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft Tangerine hat das Internet nicht funktioniert, nach 14 Tagen hat man dann festgestellt, dass es am Kabel lag. Bis dahin habe ich Ursachenforscher gespielt. Man wollte mir 30€ gutschreiben, da warte ich jetzt schon ein halbes Jahr drauf. Zusammenfassend kann man sagen der Service ist weder gut noch schlecht, da er einfach nicht vorhanden ist.
